Missing deposit
Hi I made a deposit for $20 on Slots Café over 2 weeks ago and have contacted support a few times now with same response of "we are looking into the matter". I don't understand why it takes over 2 weeks for them to look at this matter. A missing deposit big or small is wrong when not corrected in timely manner. Very upset with this casino as I have been a loyal customer to them. I may take play elsewhere if not resolved shortly.
