There is so much to look at this one and one can even say that they did a great job to add to the detail when it comes to their customer service. The Japanese staff has been good as they tried to put in more attention to their customers, and it is awesome that they have a lot of payment methods to choose from. This site is one of those that have a lot of payment options and it is just a huge promise for players like me. The dealers are also pleasing in their games and this is what makes their game handling a huge plus. That shows more about the way they try to add more input on this site as it grows to be a better one that can serve a lot of players in the long run.

At this point, I do not see anything wrong with the site. It has been a good one and one cannot even complain about the design whatsoever. No one can ever deny the fact that their luxury of games is clearly a bigger collection than any other site I know of. Maybe I would like to see more of those reviews that can be helpful in choosing games. There are a lot of new games on the site and it would be fine to give them a review as well. Other than that, I think there is nothing wrong with the site at all. Maybe they can think of other features that can shock a lot of users soon. That is just my suggestion.

Horrible casino / customer care, AVOID!!!!

30 okt. I push a withdrawal to my REVOLUT account

As of today, they have refused to withdraw my money( 1800euro) for 26 days. - and can't give reliable reason for it. Keeps telling different stories and keeps blaming things out of their control. Got in touch with them like 15-20 times over this period, through chat, mail and so on. They keep telling about the same stories, about new guidelines for withdrawals in NOK with bank transfer and even mentioned their cashier partner being under investigation and it goes on and on and on...

- now the money is burned ( my own fault ofc)

The "fun" part about it is that every time we got in touch I had to remind them that this should not be relevant for me, because my withdrawal was done to REVOLUT which is not Norwegian. Today they pushed my money back to the casino site (for me, the worst thing that could happen) - because back when I initiated the withdrawal I Also set up limits... and today they sent me a mail where they stated: - "
We would recommend you to use the available withdrawal methods that we have on our websites, such as Revolut or EzeeWallet. "

I sent them a picture of the revolut account which was my only option for withdrawal at this point, the same as I used 30.okt

- Now 10 minutes after I closed this account permanently they sent me a mail: We have added 1000nok to your account so you can use a different withdrawal method...

I don't know if I should laugh or cry.

This has been a very sad experience :(

Slot Planet for Canadians...this is a disappointing experience so far...

Nothing at all to like about these guys. Nothing at all. I'm not a bonus hunter so don't really care so much about wagering etc but I received some loyal points after playing all night. Lost €6k and exchanged the points which gave me €100, hahaha.

They lie in the live chat and have no clue. They allowed me to deposit and deducted the cash from my bank €2500 but funds didn't hit the player account. They told me it was a routine maintenance and shouldn't take more then 30 mins. It took 5 hours. Then day after my accounts is locked and I have sent it documents for a kyc. It's been more than 24h, no replies. Extremely so poor even if they do end up paying me. There is a ton of different online casinos out there and you shouldn't waste time on these guys.

Wide selection of slots and site always works great. Alot bonus offers regularly if you signed up your mail for it. Great live support. I think its the same owner as 21 casino and fruity casa that I play alot on.

Nothing bad really but sometimes the bonus terms could be a bit more generous. Had a 1200x win from free spins winnings but could only cash out 100 euro. I understand this rule but a bit higher and it would be a rly great casino. 8) The loyalty system could improve a bit also since it takes forever to get alot points.

A lot of providers to choose from and games run smooth, after a couple of deposits I got a nice hit and now I'm in the proces of verification and requested a withdraw.

Verification and payouts seems slow since its been over 24 hours and my verification documents are still pending, this is the only thing that is holding down this casino in my opinion.
