I registered and played at Slotplanet on August 19th. I took their welcome offer bonus and managed to complete the wagering. I requested a withdrawal of 2972 EUR on August 19th. On August 21st they asked for documents; ID, utility bill and selfie with ID. I provided the documents the same day on the August 21st. Now it has been almost one month since I won and they still have not paid me. When I ask about the withdrawal they answer me with "As soon as feedback on your withdrawal is available ,we will reach out to you via email.".
I tried to renew the withdrawal request on September 13th but still no payment. Also on the September 3rd the told me via email that "Your withdrawal is being processed and as soon as feedback on your withdrawal is available, we will reach out to you via email."
I feel like the processing time is way past what is appropriate.
Can you please ask the Slot Planet when is the withdrawal getting paid?
I will attach pictures as proof.
