I made a withdrawal on the 3rd and it was accepted on the 4th (February)2018. I expected the money quickly as it’s usually next day and the day after at a push. After waiting the full 5 days I was assured by the live chat that it would be no later than midnight on the 5th day. Still waiting I asked again and got more shuffling around telling me the weekend will delay it. Then I was asked to provide a bank statement which I did and I receive an email 48hours later saying that it hasn’t been approved and the money has been sent again. After 2 more days I asked when it would be and spoke to my bank to see if they had anything pending. Still nothing! I am still waiting and have been told I was giving the wrong information and it was going to take another 2 days to review my documents. I waited and received another email saying it’s on the way and there isn’t any kind of compensation for the mistake they made. I’m still waiting will this money ever get to me or am I being conned???

I have looked into the issue this morning. It appears the initial withdrawal details you put in when making the withdrawal where incorrect. The money subsequently bounced back and has been sent to you again with the details you provided.
I can see a proof of payment as the money was sent on the 23rd of February, it should be arriving in your bank this evening, or tomorrow if it has not already.

The total amount owed is £1000 I was told today I would receive it and it clearly hasn’t been sent again because it not in my account. They gave me a transaction number but they could have made that up.
