Payments not received

I have made a few wins and withdrawals from this site they owe me in total £100 ( these withdrawals are in £10s and £15s totaling £100) I have still not received the payments into my bank.... I have spoke to sky Vegas and they have told me that they have paid me and if I have still not received my money I need to speak to the bank.... I have phoned my bank and they are telling me they have never received these payments and can't do anything further for me...

I have been back and forth to sky Vegas and they have told me there is nothing they can do.... So its me that has lost out. They have provided me with TIN numbers of the transactions which I have still not received.

I have tried to contact sky Vegas for help but there is only online chat available and as soon as type out my problem they keep ending the chat.

There are x6 tin numbers for the withdrawals but sky Vegas have only sent 4 of them which are:

Stalling payment of 60K win with unjustified verification requirements

Briefly this is my complaint I joined sky Vegas last year around November I only recently started depositing and playing around 4 weeks ago I had deposited around £3300 then won £6500 and withdrew no problem , then over the next couple of weeks deposited that back Then I deposited £1500 in one night and was so lucky and won £60k on rainbow riches slot I withdrew it all The next day my account was closed and they asked me to send in a picture of me holiday my driving licence and a recent letter - I chose one dated recently from HMRC then a few days later they asked for a pic of my debit card- again I sent that straight away I have spoken to the security team Over the phone to confirm my email adress and phone number also I also sent them a DBS/CRB in my name dated recently A week later they are now asking for 3 months worth of bank statements - I am now refusing to send them and considering going through IBAS , I have sent them above and beyond identification they have asked for and a copy of my debit card , there is no reason for them to see my bank statements only to be nosey To ask for 3 months worth when I have only been depositing and playing for 4 weeks is ridiculous I have offered to send the 3 months with everything blanked out apart from transactions relating to Skybet or a statement from the day I made my first deposit with Skybet Both were refused Please help as the customer service is so poor and you get told a different thing every time you contact them

Unjustified confiscation of 26,008 GBP

I am looking for help regarding Sky Vegas who have withheld my winnings. I signed up on 30th April and Deposited 500gbp, then received 1000gbp Bonus. I started playing a video slot & on my first spin I won about 7000gbp... therefore never even going into any bonus funds.. However I continued to play the same video slot and at the same size spins in order to complete any bonus requirements I was now tied into. Whilst doing so, my balance just kept increasing and I ended up finishing any requirements whilst having a balance of 26,008 gbp. I have had to send in numurous documents in order to get my payout processed. I deposited via a new Bank account I have. When I provided a copy of this statement as a proof of address. They said they then wanted to see where the money was sourced from in order to make my deposit. I find this irrelevent to the casino, however. The Money was paid to me from a job I carried out. I provided evidence of this via my online bank statement for the account. The casino then said they want a copy of the persons statement that sent me this money to see if it matches what I provided. I had to contact someone I had carried out work for and explain my situation and ask them if they could provide me a copy of their bank statement which shows the transfer to me. This was highly embarassing to me and the only way I could bring myself to do this was to refund the original amount for the work carried out as a gesture of good will, this was significantly less than my win with Sky Vegas so it made sense considering they told me once they had this then they would release my funds. After having to wait a few weeks to get the documents they required from my customer and sending them to sky Vegas, they then tell me my winnings are witheld for providing insufficiant documentation. Firstly I have provided everything that they have asked for, secondly, this is all my own money, I never even went into there bonus funds whilst playing. I feel very hard done by and really don't know where to turn with this situation and I am now considering court action. What do you suggest I do? Thank you in advance.

Hello,i have read your reply which you have sent to me three times. It also appears to be a standard pre-written response which I find rather offending given the nature of my compliant.

I wish to have my complaint escalated because you have not answered any of my questions. The notification of players names does reveal their identities and you have been reluctant to confirm that these players are genuine.

You have failed to address my other concern that the amount of tickets each player accumulates should be visible.

You have failed to confirm the amount of tickets that I won in the last draw.

I am near the point of reporting this to all auditing bodes including the gambling commission since you do not appear to be able to address these worrying concerns.

Considering your commitment to new legislation and greater accountability I am concerned and disappointed to see some grave errors in your list of Monday’s weekly cash give away winners.

Not only were some of them blank there were numerous duplicate names and one winner had appeared to have won eight times, seemly at one point to have scooped 4 lots of £20.00 in one draw.

In my opinion the number of tickets that any player has should be made visible in our accounts and available to see alongside the winning names.

In gambling terms the chances of a number of players winning over and over again in one draw would be highly unlikely. This makes the whole promotion appear to be fraudulent and a breach of your terms and condition as well as your legislative responsibility.

Please explain where why you have not accounted or allocated names to the blank spaces and could you verify that catsmakemehappy is a genuine player and how many tickets did they win.

Also why have the list of player names now disappeared and been replaced with a pdf with a list of locations. This looks very underhand.

there is a complaint on this site which refers to the player having to log back in to deposit despite not leaving gameplay as if he is isn't logged in in the first place.Sky says they weren't aware of this issue...oh yes they were and i raised this issue several times over a year ago and just got fobbed off each time and have the emails to prove it...when it happens the payouts become virtually non existent and raised this issue with sky loads of times but never got an answer which leaves me wondering what the cause was and was i really getting a fair play for my stake

I have a situation whereby I have been playing roulette on line for around a year or so. A problem arose very occasionally , just about 4 or 5 times over the period, and I almost ignored it over the first couple of times apart from being annoyed that I had lost the chance of recovering my " investment" . One obviously has to log in to bet, and my preference has been to start with a balance of several hundred pounds and follow a sequence of 2/1 odds I.e. bet on red or bet on even and doubling up in the hope that the sequence will change to in my favour. This has worked very well most of the time ,and has been an enjoyable pastime, although I have at times have to replenish my cash balance from my Visa account when on a long running losing sequence, and I don't really expect to come out on top. However I do expect. to have a fair chance. On at. least 4 occasions when trying to deposit more funds (WHILST ACTUALLY PLAYING) . I have been prevented from transferring more cash in order to continue betting, having pressed the Deposit button in the usual way and been informed ..... " "sorry you must be logged in to make a deposit" n which was not only annoying but gave me no chance of recovering my. losses. There is no question that I was Logged in as I was actually playing and had taken no break in between . I have been playing lil devil on sky vegas for a long time now have spent over £10000 on it and never get a decent return. Have complained to sky vegas and they gave me a £100 to play with and told me play something else instead. They say the payout is 94% on this game so over the last year why have i never won the £500 jackpot or even came close to it. I think its a total scam and not at all honest

Fastest payout online that I know. If you get the chance to deposit via PayPal use it really quick payout if you win.

Here's my issue. I repeatedly phoned up customers services to tell them I was having issues with deposits via PayPal. On one occasion they resolved it by emailing me and telling me payment had gone through. Then the next day same issue they Skybet kept saying the fault was with PayPal and PayPal were saying issue was with Skybet. Anyway I told them if it wasn't resolved I'd close my account which regrettably I had to do. Even when I phoned them and told them why I was closing the account it seemed to be a non important issue to them. PayPal is really quick at getting any winnings returned. Sad cause I enjoyed my overall experience with Skybet.

Not bad selection of games and they had phone support which I like

In 19 years of playing online casinos this is a first for me what they did to me. I only played at the casino here about once a month and usually would just play the poker or the odd sports bet here. I don't recall ever getting any bonus for the sports or poker but for casino they would offer me 1 on average once a week. I would say out of a whole year i think I took about 4 of these bonuses and always lost until the last 1 which I won and I actually think it's the first time I ever had a withdrawal here from the casino and they banned me from bonuses and promotions right after it!?! Why offer so many bonuses if you knew i was going to be banned from them? I think this is dirty tactics as I rarely took any of the 100s of bonuses they offered and they was happy throwing them at me while I was losing, but what a coincident they ban me right after i win for the first time. The phone support are very rude also. Well your loss. I think you'll find I lost way more than I ever won here and you've lost a good customer! Far better site's that treat you way better than here!

Good choice of games, nice layout, fast withdrawal ( if you ever win )

This has got to be the worst casino site! Scam casino. This casino use to be ok but gone down hill the past 2 years, i have put loads into this casino but you never get anything back and their bonuses are terrible, as a loyal customer you would expect more than 5 free spins once a month if that! They have the mega prize machine which you get the day after you deposit £10 and the most i have ever got from that is 5 free spins absolutely hopeless.

Fact they have been terminated on here says alot about the site in whole. Since stumbling into the world of gambling, this has to be my all time worse. I've lost more than I've gained with my biggest win only being £101 on party pots. I've had a few mega prize machines too from depositing and fail to win anything that even matches the levels of cash I had once spent on this site. Apparently have a spinmatch promise too, but i'm yet to get any spins from my last deposits, so that was the last time I ever put cash on that site. Tried telling me I had them - I kid you not, Inever. Ever stake was paid for!! If you're new to gambling STAY AWAY FROM SKY VEGAS. Many other great named sites out there giving you better chances and better bonus's.

I have been with sky vegas for a long time. I like their bonuses and lots of games to choose from. I made lots of deposits and never been lucky to make a withdrawal. I must say that their games are not running smoothly it takes time to upload and lots of other game issues . Most of the time I get the message on screen to contact team support which isn't necessary .

Beeing a regular player on this casino with lots of deposits at least they could do is to be more generous with their bonuses and of corse to solve the normal run of games

They have a good variety of casino games and various promotions which are easy to claim using their bonus codes.

Poor customer support and no e-wallets accepted for deposits and withdrawals. I have asked them about wagering and bonuses and received some sort of info about them, but not too many details. However, after I have asked their support agent about the Free Spins, if they have any wagering requirement attached to them, he simply ended the chat. Also, this casino doesn't accept e-wallets for deposits and withdrawals. This is really bad because I wanted to use Neteller to play slots on Sky Vegas. I have asked the same agent about why they don't accept this method. And guess what: he simply told me this is a business decision. From my experience as a veteran casino player, this is not a professional manner for an agent to handle any request that comes from a potential customer. I really hate those online casinos that don't treat their visitors and players in a profesionnal manner, which is also shown by the activity of their agents.

Been a Sky Vegas/Casino customer for years now and this year has been exceptional compared to other big named casinos in the UK. The bonuses continually make me pop in every week. If I win and withdraw, at 4pm the next day my bank has my winnings in. Fair and fun, with variety of jackpots and all different types of games for everyone who like to dabble, I found the staff are respectful too if you have any problems.

I would like to see the Lucky 15 bet added to SkyBet for horse racing.

Do not need to send in documents to verify as done electronically. Operate faster payments of withdrawal to cards, games have zero lag. Not a chance their rating is this low - better casino than those with 9 plus.

I have been playing at Sky Vgas for a while now. I love their choice of games, and their customer support is always very helpful. I have had some great wins here, and when withdrawing via PayPal the payout is almost instant. Quickest payout I have ever witnessed on any casino site (and I've played 100's) they reward loyal players, and have plenty of offers rolling all the time.
