Sky Vegas Casino is the premier online casino from British broadcasting corporation BSkyB. As such, this casino is grounded in firm management and professional rules. It uses games from a plethora of different software companies, including Ash Gaming. Sky Vegas is licensed in Alderney.
Online Casino Games
Sky Vegas's selection of games is truly impressive. Just start off with any of their three-reel or video slots. Many of these games are actually seen in brick-and-mortar establishments, and use elements from pop culture icons, such as Dead or Alive or Dracula slot. No cheap imitations here: Players will find genuinely interesting and quality slots only.
If you want to play table games, Sky Vegas is more than willing to accommodate you. With several variants of blackjack and roulette, including Zodiac Roulette, as well as other favourites like baccarat, craps, and red dog, there's plenty to do. In addition to these common games, players will also find many off-the-wall games like Casino Dice, 3 Card Brag, and Golden Clover. This is quite possibly the largest library of online table games that we've ever seen.
As far as video poker goes, the selection is quite limited. Players are stuck with 10-Hand Jacks or Better, 50-hand Joker Poker, and a generic multi-hand Jacks or Better. If you're looking for much variety in your video poker play, you'll simply need to look elsewhere.
Live Games
If you like the atmosphere of a real-life casino, you can enjoy it from your own computer with Sky Vegas's live casino. Since they are a broadcasting company, they are easily able to stream live video of three casino favourites: blackjack, roulette, and baccarat. Talk with the beautiful dealers and the other players, enjoy higher bet limits, and get a real casino feel. Anyone who registers for a Sky Vegas account is always welcome to bet on these revolutionary live games.
Support
It should come as no surprise that Sky Vegas, being a part of a major corporation, understands the need for customer satisfaction. Sky Vegas help can be accessed 24/7 through live chat, the best way for casinos to communicate with their customers. Inquiries can also be transmitted through e-mail and even postal mail. Players are also always welcome to call Sky Vegas at any time and deal with any problems over the phone. We are truly impressed with the quality of service that Sky Vegas offers.
Security and Fairness
Sky Vegas understands the seriousness of cyber theft, and has taken measures to ensure that none of its players fall victim to it. Data sent to and from their servers is protected with industry-standard SSL encryption. Once it's on the server, players can rest assured that their personal and financial information is protected with a top-of-the-line firewall.
In order to comply with the strict Alderney fairness requirements, Sky Vegas undergoes regular auditing of their games by certified testing company TST. These reports are visible from their help section if you are interested in looking at them. Of course, their live games are guaranteed to be fair.

One of the easiest out there with a massive range of games and frequent promotions. Love Blueprint slots and they tend to get them before other sites.
RTP on some exclusive games is particularly low. Their chat teams are really slow to respond too. Prize draw promotions are the main ones they offer here and you'll pretty much never win more than a quid - the current Millions promo is shockingly poor at payout (won lowest prize once) and they seem to put their site into maintenance most mornings. Still even with that they're one of the better ones.
Ok selection of games, including novomatic which I like.
Support is always slow. No matter what time of the day I contact them I never get anyone for ages. The worst thing people need to be aware of is these guys will throw bonuses at you left right and centre, taking a lot of money in and as soon as you win they will ban you from all promotions due to 'account liability' !! Why send emails to customers for these offers if you know they'll get their account limited for using them???? Or was it because I got that rare win? Hmm makes you wonder. I will let everyone I know including forums of these dirty tactics.
My experience in sky vegas. Start from 20+20 bonus and finish 800 pounds. Withdraw and everything ok.
Awesome casino won thousands in the past been using it for about 2 years payouts to direct debit are next day guaranteed loads of bonus and promotions would recommend to all gamblers 100s of games to choose from many with jackpots.
Nothing...
Fastest casino I have ever used for withdrawal to bank.
Huge Variety of Games, Fast responsive customer care, fair sign up bonus of 200%
RTP pay is extremely low on some games at Return to Player of 91.12% or some I've seen less at 89.87% you can get better in arcades lol. Games don't payout on bonuses very much.
Did a 500£ Dep and did £4 spins didn't hit bonus once I went down to 10£ did a 40p spin 1st spin bonus what a surprise. Paid £2 lol, ridiculously terrible payout here also bonuses are quiet bad, and support can be rude at times I am surprised they have a 6 star rating.
Been here 6 years and no more now.

The layout and the style of the casino. The games and the fairness of all the games.
I have been a loyal member of this site for over 5 years. I have probably deposited thousands and I mean thousands over that period. I have never been offered any free spins or cash bonus. I get told that they can't do that and that I have to use there promotions that go on. But they are ridiculous and sometimes I don't want to play the games they have the bonuses for. The customer service turns me down every time I request a bonus and say look out for our promotions. It's the same answer every time I feel like a statistic to them and after 5 years I think I'm closing my account soon.
Games has worked for good.
Back to 1900 century, no Skrill or Neteller anymore.
Sky Vegas are something of an anomaly in the online casino world I think, they have a seemingly bespoke platform that integrates a mixture of softwares, and their poker software is entirely unique and bespoke as well. The games on offer are from a variety of providers including NetEnt, IGT, WMS, GTECH and Barcrest.
There bonus system is also like nothing else I have seen before – the very first time I got a bonus from these it went into the “FREE BETS” part at the top of the screen on all of their games, and it came with no wagering requirements whatsoever. I am unsure if this is how all of their bonuses work, I can’t imagine it is because every other online casino has wagering requirements of 30 or more times the bonus amount whereas Sky Vegas just give you the money without any restrictions… it just doesn't seem to add up to me.
Recently they have discontinued supporting Neteller and Skrill as payment methods, although they do continue to offer Paypal as a payment method. I’m not sure what the score is with this decision, it really does not make much sense to me although some other casinos such as the 32red group have stopped paying out on a weekend recently which directly affects e-wallets customers.
Something I have to say is that I really do not trust the video poker on offer from this site, I think it is the Wagerworks video poker software but the double up feature uses an unusual system whereby suits count when determining who has the highest card and for some reason the highest card in the entire deck, the ace of spades, seems to appear much more than you would statistically expect. The reason given for things such as this in the past was that the game was just showing this card as a way of displaying a player loss however I just think that they could put far more effort into the whole thing personally… it just doesn't seem good enough baring in my gamblers are a superstitious bunch and doing things this way is bound to set tongues wagging!
Sky Vegas was one of the very first online casinos I ever frequented - it actually gave me a false impression about bonuses too, because pretty much unlike anywhere else, you will receive £10 free with just 1x wagering when signing up here. Choose your favourite area of the site well however, because if you prefer you can have free sports bets, or £20 of free Poker Tokens, depending which area of the site you choose to sign up from.
Another nice thing about Sky Vegas is that they will insist on verifying your account before allowing you to play, ensuring there are no problems when it comes to withdrawal time. UK players can expect to be verified automatically immediately upon signing up, so you might find this process invisible if you are lucky!
Their games come from a wide range of providers, including NetEnt, Novomatic, NextGen, WMS, IGT, Barcrest, and more, though for some reason there are a few strange omissions, such as NetEnts "Dead Or Alive". All run very smoothly and I have been particularly lucky here on some games such as Barcrests "Rainbow Riches".
Regarding their poker software, it is a custom designed application, and I love the look of the cards and client as a whole - the design is excellent, though I have found it to be strangely quiet during the daytime. Seems this site is frequented by mostly recreational players as opposed to professional grinders.
The customer service is top notch and any problem I have had has been dealt with swiftly and with great service, and withdrawal speeds are some of the best around, often taking just a few moments to hit my e-wallets - BUT....
... Today I received an e-mail from Sky telling me that "following positive feedback" they are to remove the ability to deposit and withdraw using Neteller and Skrill?!? Paypal will continue to be allowed, as will, of course, all credit and debit cards, but to me this is a huge step back and I cannot possibly see any justification for it?!
The table games are the IGT/WagerWorks variety, which I have found to be particularly brutal in terms of emptying your wallet - no matter how many times I decide to give their blackjack "just one more try", I still end up giggling at the horrendous beating the dealer gives me, and vowing never to give it another penny. Yet somehow I convince myself I must have just been unlucky and do end up having another go... I must be a sucker for punishment?!

I am shocked to see the rating this low for this website. I personally think they are up there with the best. Next day payout and great offers and promotions. Even when you lose you get something back. Great site!
I agree that the chat can be a bit slow. And sometimes games just disconnect without warning. This has been better recently
