Nothing cowboys avoid at all costs!!! Do not pay out winnings
Wining were due to be processed today , but low and behold I have to send an inordinate amount of proof of who I am. My phone bill isn't due until 4th and not due to be paid until the 19th!! So I have to wait to send all this proof should also note I get paperless bills so now I need to phone o2 to have a paper bill sent! Wish I'd read these reviews before spending a fortune playing!

I really like playing bingo on Pocketwin and I also play the slots sometimes. I had some nice wins and there wasn't a problem getting them paid out so that was good. Also the Facebook pages are really fun and you can win bonuses and points.
I think they should give us more free bonuses and let us try the new games for free like before but I mostly play bingo anyway. Also I think there should be more bingo quizzes.

Answered the phone pretty quickly for 3:30am but signing process a nightmare and then have to download a Apk to your phone which to be honest not really enamored about, so will not get to try site out. Reading all the other reviews I may have dodged a bullet.
Don't like the idea of being forced into downloading anything either to my phone or laptop just to play an on-line gaming site, so looks like will not be trying them out, judging by all the negative comments, I may not be missing much and saved myself grief.

Honestly nothing! They ignore you if you have questions. They tell you they have everything they need to proceed with your winnings, then text you a few days later to say they need more id, send them more id and they ignore you. I have been owed £190 for over 3 weeks..
Pocketwin have still not paid me my winnings. It has been over 3weeks.. asked for lots of id. I have sent everything over but still not received a response. In fact pocketwin have now ignored 6 emails I have sent them chasing up my winnings.
They started ignoring me after I questioned them about needing my phone bill.. despite the fact that I didn't deposit money from my phone to win. Curious. They couldn't answer my question either, so they just ignored me! Complete con, don't believe these good reviews I'm almost certain there fake because pocketwin are renowned for not paying winners!

I joined and rang to cancel the automatic £5 bonus but was told there are no wagering requirements for pocketwin casino unlike other companies, and that when I made a deposit with a card this would automatically be doubled with no wagering requirements. Then I made a £15 deposit and this resulted in £30 in my bonus balance but nothing in my actual balance (not even the £15). At no stage was I able to withdraw, and had no choice but to play through to zero in an attempt to meet wagering requirements (having been told there were none). Also, wasnt able to play blackjack until I downloaded other games through links sent to my phone (iphone 7), which didnt work when I tried to download.
