Nothing an absolute joke! Kept stalling withdrawals with phone bills ID etc.
Got up to£700. Kept stalling withdrawal for nearly 2 weeks even though they said they had started processing my money. Ended up reversing it. Yes I have a responsibility. But so do the casino they just stall in the hope you reverse! Crooks!

Complete joke!
I've always deposited by phone bill on this site, and they've never had a problem with taking the money of me. But when it comes to paying they want proof of phone bill, plus bank statement confirming bill payed.
I don't get what business this as to do with them, they don't ask for this before u deposit.
I payed my bill 1 week ago, which means not another due for another 3 weeks or so, they say I have to wait till then. I don't think this company should be able to get away with this. This is how there are making the money. I withdraw from mfortune before plus pocket fruity and that was £600 and they never wanted statements of me. I think it's a deffo avoid site as they are not happy to pay people there winnings when it comes to it.

I honestly think this 'casino' (I say that in the lightest terms) seriously don't let you win anything. Just a tool to suck your money with minimum fun what-so-ever. Now has avid gambler I do understand the likelihood of me winning anything significant is very small. However this casino in particular grinds my gears. I wouldn't waste any money on this and would advise to use a different casino. I even tried 5 lines minimum bet to spread my losses and still couldn't win. My last straw was watching my deposit go without winning anything at all and I mean even a measly 50p for goodness sake. Wont be using again!
