The sneaky way it returns your winnings before the 3 days payout before any new bets have been placed to try entice you to spend or reset the payout. Also usually a text or email is sent when a payout isn't owed of course.. The text will state any bonuses and what's needed... however... when a payout is due.. a 'surprise bonus only redeemable by logging on within the hour'... naturally to try get me to log on so my winnings are reversed back into the game automatically forcing me to play both bonus and winnings or at least not pay out for 3 more days.. So yeah.. sneaky tactics.. its a good site that ones too scared to play in case ya get mugged with a smile!

Customer services people are very nice and I should know as I had to contact them umpteen times to get answers to why my funds were and have not been paid....
Payout system is a joke. Late payments, inexplicable delays, part payment one day and then the rest supposed to be coming the next (although still no payment received despite the payment being made electronically) Having already had to wait a month to have my account verified because of phone bills etc... to not pay the full winnings on time and in one go sums up what can only be described as a less than reliable payment policy which does not put the customer first. Record all correspondence and contact Resolver / the Gaming Commission as I intend doing to make a full and formal complaint.
