It as been nearly 2 weeks and still no closer to getting my money.
Pocket win have received my ID verification in the form of my passport and my most recent phone bill. I’ve already withdrawn £20. But they won’t release the £180 owed to me. Also they have frozen my account and say they have concerns that I have a gambling problem because I keep chasing up my withdrawal and have said I could use it towards my utility bills.

Thank you for your post regarding the refund of your deposits. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the information provided, we can confirm your previous account was excluded rather then deactivated. When you created your new account the details did differ which prevent the self-exclusion linking to the previous account. We can confirm your most recent account is now excluded, which will prevent access from Pocketwin and all our sister sites.
We can confirm we have refunded the deposits, we do advise 1-5 working day for these to appear into your account.
