Really bad casino, they ask for phone bill evidence if you pay by there phone option, in which your phone provider hasn't drafted up the bill yet so its technically impossible to get your winnings and give them proof that you have paid the phone bill so you can't receive your winnings, so it isn't fair or transparent, and even if you give them what is regulatory required by law (ID proof of address etc) they still refuse to pay out. They aren't friendly when calling up and openly lie too, they simply don't like paying winnings without a fight in most cases, stay well away.

I used to love using this website, been using them for a good 3 years. But now I just find it a complete waste of time and money.
They refused to let me withdrwal a small amount of just £30. They said this was because the winnings came from a free bonus and also because I had made a new account and hadn’t made a deposit on this account.
I contacted live chat last year when I got my new phone number, they were unable to change the numbers over for me, and THEY advised me to make another account. (All chats are recorded for training purposes so they can look back to find this chat). So I was just doing what I was advised to do.
If I wasn’t entitled to a bonus they I SHOULDN’T have been credited a bonus.
I had previously made deposits so to be quite honest they should have just done what I asked and swapped my phone numbers over.
