PlayGrand Casino - How long is temporary

On Friday August 16th, I submitted the first document to they kyc department which was accepted. The next document, a hydro electric bill in my name was out of date as it turned out. So, I submitted a second, more recent bill from the same hydro electric company, and was not able to proceed any further with the kyc process until that document was verified. So, I decided to make a deposit of 75$ to play some games, but before playing I had a question about vpn usage on the site and contacted their support chat. I had a negative experience with this support agent and gave them a negative but honest review when I finished the chat. I then went to play some games only to get in one spin before being locked out of my account. I have not broken any terms or casino rules that I am aware of, and the account was the only one that I opened, and it is in my legal name. So, I can't figure out what the problem is. I wrote them asking what this is about and they would only say that they require "24 to 48 hours to run a few checks" on my account and that it will remain "temporarily frozen" until the checks are completed. That was one week ago today, and I am no closer to gaining access to my account or finding out the problem. As assumed that is was due to the outdated document. So, I took it upon myself to send in as many current documents as I have on file to help verify my identity. All of which have been used in the same manner with other casinos. I have since written them a number of times asking for a reason for this, and they simply keep asking for "more time." It is my opinion that 7 days is more than a sufficient amount of time considering they said that it would only take "24 to a maximum of 48 hours" in the beginning.

PlayGrand Casino - Awaiting withdrawal to Skrill for three weeks already

I have been waiting for a withdrawal for 3 weeks to my Skrill account. When I contacted them by live chat they said the funds had been released and I should see payment in 2 to 3 days.

I never received this and Skrill is normally instant and they have had no payment from them. I got a transaction number from the casino saying withdrawl was done when it was not. I feel like they have put into someone’s else’s Skrill account but I can not be sure.

When I live chat them (everyday) I get the same reply - it’s been investigating and sent to the revert department and I will get a email when they have an answer for me.

They will be able to see where the funds are as they are the ones that processed my withdrawal and clearly they were not to me this isn’t my problem.

Hello, Im having so much stress and difficulty to get my withdrawal in Playgrand Casino. My account there is verified and working well until last May i requested a withdrawal amount of 130euro and waited for 3 days for it to be accepted which is in terms and conditions, then suddenly they told me my payment method didnt accept the withdrawal and asked me to provide an alternative bank details for the funds to be sent and I provided my UNION BANK statement details, and they told me to wait and thats what i did until it took two weeks waiting and emailed them for an update then got an answer from them that they dont accept a Union bank and asked me again to provide another alternative bank details, so i provided another bank details again in pdf file format as they always requested, and waited just like the same ,and took a month when they told me my bank denied it again. And asked me again to provide another bank details again, and provided my PsBank statement details for the fund ti be finally processed, but then I waited another weeks again and asked for a reference number to contact my bank for the said transaction and my bank answered me that they cannot track any transaction about that as they cannot locate and seems like there is no transaction made, so then I emailed the Playgrand about that and playgrand told me that my bank didnt accept again the payment? Where in all of my banks are working well and no issues at all. Then the playgrand is asking again another bank details of me, I told them i given all of my bank and told them to please semd it on my paypal account as they are also a paypal casino, its already August 11 2020 and there is no process going on. Paypal is so fast and easy and my account is all verified and I dont see any issues. Please help me with this. I have the email conversation with them saved Thank you in advance.

PlayGrand Casino - Been asked for documents that I've sent 10 times over, receiving duplicate emails from the casino with excuses for no payment

I made a withdrawal of 2000 Canadian In February and am still receiving the same emails asking for documents . I have sent 're documents I was asked for. And received an email stating they weren't clear enough and need the swift code. Well the document was as clear as documents get, the bank made me a new statement that they emailed to me so it was not just a scanned copy in order to make it impossible not to be able to read and they send me a duplicate email that I also received in march stating they need a new document with the swift code. I have sent every document every bit of ID and verification things, they have received the swift code o. 4 or 5 different documents now, and still after receiving them again they say please allow 48 hours for the relevant department to process it and get back to me . I don't hear from them again for 8 days and once again it's a duplicate email stating to send a document. I don't understand I'm beginniN to feel as if they dont plan on paying me. I signed up to playgrand casino! And i was so impressed, great choice of games great live help. I deposited £20 and didn't win, i returned a couple of days later and deposited again, to my surpirse i won £600.. so went on to withdraw this, i asked live help how long it would take i was told 2 working days, so 2 working days had passed (today) i went onto live help and asked how lomg it would take. I was told it was being processed and wouldn't take much longer. Hours passed and id heard nothing. I went back into live chat to be told it'll take a further 48 hours as a procedure for first time withdrawel. At this point i I'd asks to speak to somebody higher? It's very easy to use the site's interface and since they have a lot of games from table games to numerous themed slot games, i can choose whatever adventure fits my mood for the day!

The customer service could be slow when I have a concern and there is only a few FAQs that solves my questions. If the site fixes that quickly, then the website will be better so I hope they do soon.

If you do win They will find any way of not paying out and refund your deposit. Pointless playing.

You cant deposit through Skrill but there is no Skrill withdrawal option on their website. Every time you withdraw you need to contact support and repeat all the verification stuff. Withdrawing here is a pain.

No good wins, error appears half way through game. Then moving forward, all spins are losing spins. Something is not right here. Asked customer service about this several times. They just fob me off with rtp etc. Wasting money on site. Every time I play, this server error happens in most of games. I decide to play random games which make me think something not right.

Excellent amount of game choice kind welcome bonus which I took yeah a lot of wagering attached but loved the choice of games so had real fun playing them. Been watching chipmunks slots playing here so thought I'd give it a go. Double checked with live chat that the maximum stake was £5 while in wagering which was confirmed that £5 is max stake so played at this and £4 and didn't expect to win but actually managed a cash out. Live chat have been excellent would definitely recommend and thanks chipmunks slots.

Still awaiting for my withdrawal to be approved. Spoken to live chat and he advised me that my account is verified so there is nothing more I need to do. I am concerned as still can reverse the funds which is not to good and just wish the withdrawal times were quicker but apart from that superb casino.

Easy layout and easy to naivete. Only thing I liked

Games lag constantly. Get booted out constantly and the system logs you out while you are playing.
I personally found it extremely hard to come even close to there game play percentage and I spent a fair amount.
I would avoid as it doesn't sit right how the games play and the site booting you out at will.

I would NOT recommend to deposit here! The reasons are
- Withdrawals take weeks to be processed
- Additionally the have a pending period of multiple days
- Verification of your account takes also at least 5 days
