Ticket was first submitted in request of payment on September 5th for $650, I received Immediate automated reply. This is my first withdraw from Pamper, as such I submitted the requested documents with my ticket. Their conditions suggested a wait of 10-14 days for verification. On the 23rd September I requested an update. On the 24th September I received first a response telling me my ticket was being reviewed, then on the same day another message to tell me that they were ready to process payment and I could choose between money gram or western union, I would receive payment in $300 amounts each with a $50 fee. (my request was to be payed by neteller, one of the available options when I filled out my ticket). On the same day (24/9) I replied that I would prefer neteller, but if it was unavailable I would accept western union, and gave my bank details to process the payment(s). On the 6th of October I received a message telling me Neteller would be unavailable for about 2 weeks, and offering me withdrawal with upaywallet. On the 8th of October I replied that I did not want to open an account with Upaycard, and that at this stage I would wait the approximately 2 weeks for Neteller (I realise this may have been a mistake) On the 28th of October I requested an update Having not had a response on the 8th of November I requested an update via email On the 8th of November I received an exact copy of the message received more than one month ago (6/10) neteller will be available in about 2 weeks etc.. On the 9th of November I replied that the copied message has not reassured me, and informed them that I would allow one week to make me feel confident that they would be resolving my case, at that time I would seek help to recover my funds. 18th November, no response, complaint made with Askgamblers At this stage I believe that I have been very patient and polite with all my correspondence, but now after 10 weeks I have very little confidence that my case will be resolved without help. I already made the complaint, but it was rejected. Support of a casino does not react to my messages. To me the message came to email that pamper casino accepts to the deposit bitcoin. I made the deposit 0.155823 btc. Money was not enlisted into my account. After that I decided to read feedbacks about this casino, feedbacks were awful, people write that the casino does not pay money. I wrote to support, but I was not answered. I created the complaint at you to askgamblers but it was removed. I in an otchaniye, I do not know what should I do. I just want to return the money.

Hello, according to the Pamper FAQ’s “Due to verification process for your security and ours, first time withdrawal request can take up to 10-14 business days to be processed. For any further withdrawals, they are usually processed within 24 – 72.” Also, on the Pamper site, “Deposits and Withdrawals” page the banking methods are listed as follows: Visa/Mastercard (Instant), entropay (Instant) and Money Transfer (0-3 days). I made Steve Wood(s) aware of this and he said that it was for deposits only and that he would have the site updated (I have an email from him). I decided to try Pamper Casino. I used a bonus and met the play through requirements. I contacted the Chat Line and was advised that I met all of the play through and that I could either continue wagering or since I was eligible, I could request a withdrawal. I did request a withdrawal on 4/17/16 (QPE-312-72226). I received an automated response, on the same date, confirming the receipt of my ticket. And was informed that one of the agents would get back with me as soon as possible. I was also notified in the same email that I could check on the status of that same ticket by contacting the following link: http://support.pampercasino.eu/Tickets/Ticket/View/QPE-312-72226. When I had selected that link, I received an error message that the link was not valid. I contacted the Live Chat line to make them aware of this. I had also completed all of the corresponding information from Pamper for eligibility of my withdrawal and received a response indicating the following: Your request has been received. We have received your request and will get back to you with further details shortly. You can login to the support center or check your mailbox for further updates. Overall, since 4/17/16 I have been going back and forth via Live Chat lines and emails with Pamper about receiving my Withdrawal. Also, I received an email from AC Casino providing me with a different Ticket ID while addressing my initial Withdrawal (LUL-322-45295). I received yet another Ticket ID from AC Casino (MGP-480-78668) regarding the same matter. Please note that I ONLY submitted 1 Ticket (QPE-312-72226). All of my correspondence since has been via the Live Chat line and emails. I asked why I was being given so many ticket numbers and no one could answer me. I have been dealing with someone named "Steve" who has been beyond RUDE and condescending to me. Also, Steve had replied to me in an email dated 5/13/16 - "There might be a delay in making a payment to you on the first round as we have a number of real depositing players who have priority when paying. You will receive payment, but only after depositing players are paid in the queue first." In a different email to me from Steve, one the same date 5/13/16, Steve replied, "As we have other clients already ahead of you in the queue, I would expect you would receive your first payment towards the end of next week. I will be in touch with you next week to let you know when the first payment is sent.".... Please note that it is 8 days later (5/21/16) and I have not heard back from Steve. I had also sent Steve an email yesterday (5/20/16) requesting an update and he has not replied to that either. I have gone onto the Live Chat line over a dozen times, to no avail. I have chatted with Jen- P, Victor S, Tiffany and Steve (just to name a few). No one seems to know anything and each (except for Steve) have promised to make their supervisor aware of my frustrations. I have also received email from a Steve Wood and also Steve Woods of Pamper Casino and I find this quite strange. I have copies of ALL of the Live Chats as well as ALL of the emails from Pamper, AC Casino and Steve. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them, to no avail. I have also contacted my attorney and was advised to make a formal complaint such as this in hopes of resolving the matter, to try and avoid contacting the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, etc. Can you please respond to me as promptly as possible? My initial quest was to try out Pamper Casino and if I enjoyed it, I had planned on making some deposits (as I have at several other Casinos). Pamper is one casino name that I have heard of since many years ago, but I couldn't remember what platform they were using back then. All I could remember was that the casino had many complaints from players, mostly about their payments, either delayed or declined, so I have always avoided this Pamper Casino. One fine day back in early 2016, I was really surprised to see a promotional offer from them, with a huge $100 no-deposit bonus for new players upon registration. Such wonderful offers would usually come from RTG or Rival casinos, but the promotional email showed images of BetSoft games, and that got me interested right away. With a free $100 no-deposit bonus, who in the right mind would ever refuse it, right? Nosirree, not me!

I quickly visited their website, saw the same no-deposit bonus offer, and without further hesitation, I signed up, got my email validated, completed my profile details, and then went to my account section to search for the $100 activation button. There was none. Not in my credit balance, not in my account either, and I knew that something was not right. Rather than getting a clarification from the Live Chat service, I decided to have a look into their T&C and Bonus Terms first, to ensure that everything was in order and that I wasn't restricted in any way. Well, well, well, what do you know? Players from my country are allowed to register at Pampers Casino, but I soon found the reason why that no-deposit $100 bonus was not in my account - my country was listed as one of those countries that were not eligible to get any no-deposit bonuses or free spins. Damn! What a waste of a free $100 bonus! That was very frustrating indeed.

Since Pamper Casino was using a BetSoft gaming platform, I had intended to use that bonus money on Fruit Zen, the only game from BetSoft that I would play regularly back then, but that restriction clause put a sudden end to it all. If I'm not mistaken, I was not even eligible to get any bonuses or free spins offers with a deposit, and that was another blow to my hopes. Only a few casinos have this type of restrictions for me, one that would allow registration but restricts from getting any sort of bonuses or free spins offers. This was a bad experience. They have good Betsoft games, but one can play those at a reputable online casino.

I met the wagering requirements, had over $3,900 in my account, and then boom my balance was 0. Funny thing is that the support reps are absolutely clueless, or they are in on this scam!They had the nerve to tell me "chips don't disappear", and "You have no balance". Then she turned around and asked e to make a deposit the next sentence. Why would I make a deposit, and you can't find my money in the account.

Pamper casino was one of the latest casinos I joined and I have no clue how I missed them so far, they are offering 100$ no deposit bonus and since I love freebies, I don't know how I didn't notice this offer. They are powered by Betsoft software and recently I've been playing their games a lot, so I decided to claim this freebie to have some fun. I noticed they had many complaints against them and their rank wasn't high either, but since I wasn't depositing there yet, it didn't worry me much.

I registered and it all went quickly. I was looking for a place to write the code but I couldn't find it, however, after I had registered, I saw I could claim this offer in my account. There was a possibility to claim live casino bonus, and two bonuses for Betsoft, I chose the 100$ free. I was excited about that because it's very rare when casinos offer so large freebies. The wagering was very high for this promotion 80x, so it meant I needed to wager 8000$ in order to withdraw. That surely needs a lot of luck to get done.

Only then I had a thought in mind to check their affiliate sites and I saw that Always Cool casino is their sister site. I remember that they had a term about my country not being eligible for free bonuses. Then I checked terms at Pamper casino and I was right, although I had no problems what so ever with redeeming the no deposit bonus, I was't eligible to it in the first place.

This is where starts and ends my experience with Pamper casino. Luckily I read the terms first, prior to spending my time trying to wager this bonus. But I really think that I shouldn't be able to redeem bonus if I couldn't withdraw it. It made me feel like they actually want me to wager the bonus and then deposit, in order to withdraw, because I saw in their terms that if you're from restricted countries for bonuses, they will void all your winnings as well as take 15% fee of the deposit that has been made. All of this, including the fact they have one of the biggest amount of complaints on AskGamblers I have seen, makes me say I would recommend to avoid them.

I just made my firstdeposit. I love 3D Betsoft games: fun, animated, textures and characters cartoon like. It is almost like watching the cartoon. The best of all is RNG report available for review, although three years old. I thank the Pamper casino for that.

Customer service - live chat - not straight forward,arrogant. Bonus requirements differ from what is advertised through their website (2000SLOTS). Website says 50x, support says 80 x. I did not get elaborated bonus information If deposits look like this, I wonder how would withdrawals look like.
The web applet is set that the players password cannot be changed. (The Support password - can).
The support not responsive the way it should be for reputable casino like this.

Pamper is one of my favourite casinos. Not because they are so great reliable or things like that but because every time when I am bored I go here and they have some new no deposit coupon. So with all that no deposit money I can tell you a lot about their games.

They offer a lot of different games and for me the most interesting are Betsoft. And I will skip all Betsoft video slots and tell you something about virtual racebook 3d.

First time when I open account here I claim 100 free no deposit bonus and I was playing this game. I love this bonus becouse you can play all betsoft games and on this casino I try my theory (which is not complete failed :D ). For me the most important thing on every bonus is to met wagering requirements and alter make more money. Pamper Casino are powered by Betsoft games -- and in the past year, TopGame, as well as Gaminator. I started playing from this casino group back when they used to only have Betsoft games -- and even then it was a lot of fun, and exciting. Kind of strange -- but it seems like sometimes all the slots are "loose", and at other times, all the slots are "tight". I tend to play hard -- big bets for bigger wins. Especially if I play through the bonuses.

I have never attempted a withdrawal from Pamper until today. Here's my experience. In the past several days, I've probably put in about $500. I mostly like to use the ###GAMINATOR coupon codes. A $100 deposit will give you a bonus to play with of about $2885 with the current running coupon. The playthrough requirements? Well above $200,000!!! However, I'm here to assure you that it IS indeed possible. A lot of times, I've flaked out and lost it all within an hour. Other times, I can get my running balance between $10,000 - 40,000. Once you get above $10k, you can use a lot of strategy and wit into how big of bets you make and when you make them to favor some odds. So yes, it IS indeed possible!

I will be writing a follow up of my withdrawal process -- as my understanding is that Pamper Casino is notorious for either not paying out, or paying out EXTREMELY slowly, violating their very own terms that they set in place. My withdrawal amount is $2925.36! So time will tell..

As for fairness, I'd say absolutely, their games are fair.

As for their support? It's hit or miss. God forbid you speak to "Erick R.". I got into Live Chat with him earlier, to ask why my withdrawal request was failing because I was trying to attach and upload files for address/player verification. I asked him if maybe my attachment size was too large. "I don't know." I asked him what the maximum attachment size was, "I have no idea." Really?!?! Come on! This casino group will actually pay these people? On the other hand, I've had very helpful and successful phone conversations in the past.

The other likeness that I have toward Pamper is that I have never had a problem depositing with Mastercard. This is an extremely rare deposit method for a casino to accept -- and the whole casino group of Always Cool, MoneyStorm, Pamper, and BetDNA have always honored it. Hence why it's one of the only Online Casinos I'll really play anymore.

-Their, "no contact policy" for support requests until you receive a response for 72 hours. What this means is, if you submit a ticket, and update it for any reason at all, they'll pretty much throw your ticket at the bottom of the queue. I have even had ticket requests that were outright left unresponded for days, weeks, and finally just gave up and was ignored.

-Playthrough requirements are definitely on the high side -- but this is just a personal distaste. As a gambler, we redeem these coupons and deposit our own money fully understanding how difficult it may or may not be to meet these requirements.

-Their support team. Like I said, hit or miss with who you talk to -- but I'm convinced these people work in a dark and windowless basement considering their attitude at times.
