Hello, together, sorry first for my english. Now I wait since over 14 months for the payment of my real amount from $ 3,190.71. I had opened the first ticket in the 9/22/2015 #YQG-876-48484. All desired document and conditions were fulfilled. I have communicated several times and about several months with the live chat and have asked for the reasons of the payment delay. Also by email I have written up the accountancy and the management several times. Please allow me a little more time to get your account straightened out. In the mean time I need you to send in a copy of your ID and a copy of a utility bill. The process with the verification was concluded at least one year before. And I had transmitted all documents several times. After I contacted pressure on the Pamper casino raised and other several times the Support, the Pamper management in the 10/21/2016 wrote an email. In it the Manangemt refuses the payment with the grounds that I have taken up a bonus. However, this is right generally. I have not claimed a bonus at no time. Only one other excuse is to be refused around the payment, how the whole time. Moreover, one can infer from the Hardcopy that it concerns real amount and a bonus was not taken up. The new management of Pamper Casino must prove that it is serious and my amount pay.

Pamper Casino - Delayed payment for over 10 weeks
Ticket was first submitted in request of payment on September 5th for $650, I received Immediate automated reply. This is my first withdraw from Pamper, as such I submitted the requested documents with my ticket. Their conditions suggested a wait of 10-14 days for verification. On the 23rd September I requested an update. On the 24th September I received first a response telling me my ticket was being reviewed, then on the same day another message to tell me that they were ready to process payment and I could choose between money gram or western union, I would receive payment in $300 amounts each with a $50 fee. (my request was to be payed by neteller, one of the available options when I filled out my ticket). On the same day (24/9) I replied that I would prefer neteller, but if it was unavailable I would accept western union, and gave my bank details to process the payment(s). On the 6th of October I received a message telling me Neteller would be unavailable for about 2 weeks, and offering me withdrawal with upaywallet. On the 8th of October I replied that I did not want to open an account with Upaycard, and that at this stage I would wait the approximately 2 weeks for Neteller (I realise this may have been a mistake) On the 28th of October I requested an update Having not had a response on the 8th of November I requested an update via email On the 8th of November I received an exact copy of the message received more than one month ago (6/10) neteller will be available in about 2 weeks etc.. On the 9th of November I replied that the copied message has not reassured me, and informed them that I would allow one week to make me feel confident that they would be resolving my case, at that time I would seek help to recover my funds. 18th November, no response, complaint made with Askgamblers At this stage I believe that I have been very patient and polite with all my correspondence, but now after 10 weeks I have very little confidence that my case will be resolved without help. Pamper Casino - Delayed Payment and Lack of Customer Service
Hello, according to the Pamper FAQ’s “Due to verification process for your security and ours, first time withdrawal request can take up to 10-14 business days to be processed. For any further withdrawals, they are usually processed within 24 – 72.” Also, on the Pamper site, “Deposits and Withdrawals” page the banking methods are listed as follows: Visa/Mastercard (Instant), entropay (Instant) and Money Transfer (0-3 days). I made Steve Wood(s) aware of this and he said that it was for deposits only and that he would have the site updated (I have an email from him). I decided to try Pamper Casino. I used a bonus and met the play through requirements. I contacted the Chat Line and was advised that I met all of the play through and that I could either continue wagering or since I was eligible, I could request a withdrawal. I did request a withdrawal on 4/17/16 (QPE-312-72226). I received an automated response, on the same date, confirming the receipt of my ticket. And was informed that one of the agents would get back with me as soon as possible. I was also notified in the same email that I could check on the status of that same ticket by contacting the following link: http://support.pampercasino.eu/Tickets/Ticket/View/QPE-312-72226. When I had selected that link, I received an error message that the link was not valid. I contacted the Live Chat line to make them aware of this. I had also completed all of the corresponding information from Pamper for eligibility of my withdrawal and received a response indicating the following: Your request has been received. We have received your request and will get back to you with further details shortly. You can login to the support center or check your mailbox for further updates. Overall, since 4/17/16 I have been going back and forth via Live Chat lines and emails with Pamper about receiving my Withdrawal. Also, I received an email from AC Casino providing me with a different Ticket ID while addressing my initial Withdrawal (LUL-322-45295). I received yet another Ticket ID from AC Casino (MGP-480-78668) regarding the same matter. Please note that I ONLY submitted 1 Ticket (QPE-312-72226). All of my correspondence since has been via the Live Chat line and emails. I asked why I was being given so many ticket numbers and no one could answer me. I have been dealing with someone named "Steve" who has been beyond RUDE and condescending to me. Also, Steve had replied to me in an email dated 5/13/16 - "There might be a delay in making a payment to you on the first round as we have a number of real depositing players who have priority when paying. You will receive payment, but only after depositing players are paid in the queue first." In a different email to me from Steve, one the same date 5/13/16, Steve replied, "As we have other clients already ahead of you in the queue, I would expect you would receive your first payment towards the end of next week. I will be in touch with you next week to let you know when the first payment is sent.".... Please note that it is 8 days later (5/21/16) and I have not heard back from Steve. I had also sent Steve an email yesterday (5/20/16) requesting an update and he has not replied to that either. I have gone onto the Live Chat line over a dozen times, to no avail. I have chatted with Jen- P, Victor S, Tiffany and Steve (just to name a few). No one seems to know anything and each (except for Steve) have promised to make their supervisor aware of my frustrations. I have also received email from a Steve Wood and also Steve Woods of Pamper Casino and I find this quite strange. I have copies of ALL of the Live Chats as well as ALL of the emails from Pamper, AC Casino and Steve. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them, to no avail. I have also contacted my attorney and was advised to make a formal complaint such as this in hopes of resolving the matter, to try and avoid contacting the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, etc. Can you please respond to me as promptly as possible? My initial quest was to try out Pamper Casino and if I enjoyed it, I had planned on making some deposits (as I have at several other Casinos). But now I am concerned that they do not care for their customers and have absolutely no empathy and extremely poor customer service. I have been waiting since 4/17/16 to receive my withdrawal. My experience at pamper casino was at first good, they are sister site to ac casino and both run they same rules along with they withdraw roles. So I love their games and really love the match bonuses for video slots it extremely big wonderful 2000% match bonus. The only thing wrong is the way they treat their customers when its time for a withdraw. Trust me they are very strict with their terms and conditions so make sure to fully read through it before taking your match bonus.

They have a terms and conditions on each and every match bonus so be very carefull to follow them. Also their freechips have terms and conditions as well make sure to fully read about that too. They will take 7 business days to respond to a cash out withdraw ticket so make sure all documentations are scanned clearly and sent with fax back. You might want to send all that in one cash out ticket. Also keep calling to see if there's progress made from account on your account, they will often say nothings there and to wait for account response, or only way to contact accounting is to submit another ticket. Please do not submit another new ticket to accounting it will cause further delay though up to another 7 business days wait.

So the same thing happened to me at Pamper casino as the same that happened to me at ac casino. Only difference is I'm not locked out of pamper casino after my 2 withdraws. So my first withdrawal was from a free chip 43$ which I send them all documents in my cash out ticket. I waited about one month until I received my 43$ free chip win withdraw. Ok so I thought all is good here and I can continue playing winning. I thought after my successful first time withdraw I will have no one or two month waits for further withdraws.

Boy was I wrong, they did worse, I claimed my match bonus followed every rule on their terms and conditions on that specific match bonus. Somehow they still managed to delay my second withdraw. Then about 3 weeks later of waiting still they send me email saying they needed a fax back form, huh I already made one cashout before and they are so strict on rules you'd think number one all documentations were sent in long ago lol so I re sent them anyway. Then later they said they made 9 transactions to my visa card the same I use to make deposits with. Ok I check my visa statement and there+s only 8 transactions from them. Omg so I contacted them saying there's 8 transactions not 9. If it were nine transactions your including my old withdraw to it!

These guys wanted proof so yes I emailed a scanned copy of my visa statement and turns out they tried rip me off. They also took another 2 weeks of not paying the full withdraw so i contacted AskGamblers here, made my complaint about them then that very same day they paid the remaining cashout to my Moneybookers account. Wow over all I had one hell of run around on second withdraw plus having to wait 2 half months on a 2nd time withdraw, along with a complaint about them!
after this I did not make another deposit with them cause I'm scared i will have to wait another 2 - 3 months just to make a third withdraw, they told me after your first withdraw it shouldn't be more than 7 business days for your future withdraws and they lied they were way wrong. they lost a good customer for sure.

If you are thinking of depositing with these guys be aware they delay payouts, up to 2 - 5 moths long or long from what i know and heard also make sure you fully read your terms and conditions on each match bonus, these guys are strict and will try every way not to pay. they will delay for so long hoping you forget about them with your cashout!

Without I risk my money because I didn’t trust them. I get a little research for the casino before I register with my user. I saw they use Betsoft software with 3d slots (I didn’t like them graphics it is seems so cheap but this is my opinion). So I went to their homepage but was very slow but finally I registered successfully. The live support window every time pop ups when I’m register even if I closed it, so it was irritating for me to the first look.

After that process I didn’t get the bonus automatically so I checked how I can claim it.
I found finally at their promotion page and I was able to choose from 2 type of no deposit bonus.
1. 100 euro to casino no deposit bonus, 2. 100 euro to the live dealers.
I was choose the casino bonus (I get a message: 100 bonus credited) because I was curious to their paying rates. So I picked a slot from these games but I didn’t like their design.

So I picked the virtual race book 3d, it is a virtual horse racing simulator, I never saw game like before, So I bet 20 euro to one horse and started the game. After you bet your money you can start the race and you can watch the horse racing virtually but if you want a fast result you can skip the race and see the winners. I was played with that game for hours because I really enjoyed the virtual horse racing but almost lose my bets. So I maybe deposit here to can play this machine but the lot of the negative complaints from there are warnings me to be careful with them.

I've played on Pamper and made a deposit years ago. Too be honest I was not satisfied by their games. It is lacking elements and payouts that discourage almost every player that goes to this casino including myself. Video Slots are supposed to not pay less than your total bets! This casino offers a weird welcome bonus. Some examples of these bonuses are 2000% Slots bonus, 500% Video Poker Bonus, 300% Blackjack Bonus, 200% Fully Cashable High Roller Bonus, 333% Referral bonus and a $100 No deposit Birthday Chip on verification of your age and account. In 2006, as I was new to the gambling industry I did not realise my first few visits would be scams.

My first move is to claim their $100 No deposit bonus for new players to get a good feel of the casino. As it turns out the casino had terrible games. Most of the slots do not have any bonus features or Free Spins. When playing on one of the slots I realised that all symbols within the reels tends to show up more than once. For example, Let's say a Moon Symbol occurred on Reels 1, 2 and 3 more than once. Here is a visual example below I will use the letter C to show an example of the moon symbol (Keep in mind that none of the slots inform us there stacked. )

I'm surprised that over 6 years they still email me and constantly bother me about their bonuses. Some of the emails I got contains $48 Free Chip + 1980% + $856 Flat. Although it doesn't bother me in any way because it ends up in my junk folder. My deposit of $40 will probably be my first and last on Pamper Casino. It is like walking across the Desert with no water. You come across an oasis that looks suspiciously like a mirage and when you approach the oasis (The oasis being your fortune or wealth)it disappears. More endless walking for us! This applies to this casino.

As with every terrible casino I came across I don't make a second visit. The way they set everything up it is ridiculous not to mention trying to make a withdrawal you have to submit a ticket instead of live chatting. I would never recommend this casino. It is by far the worst!

Ths is then most scamming casino I ever saw - I played with bonus after depositing my own money, I live in UK and I'm also holding EU passport, after my winning I waited week for any reply and now I got one after phoning them that actually I'm from restricted country and all my winning are revoked. When I went to see my account again I discover that I can not log in any longer - great.

They were very happy to register me with my UK address and take deposit from my UK card but because I send the my EU passport they refused to pay anything - there is no term on their website stating that I can't play just because I'm Polish but live in UK many years and also I'm UK resident - this is unacceptable.

Does anyone know where I can file a complaint against this casino and shut them down - as I read they doing this for years and simply getting away with it. Don't ever give penny to this casino as you not gonna see any winnings ever!

I am now finally picking up my winnings from Pamper Casino. I cashed out on Sept.26 and finally being paid, thanks to Askgamblers. I really don't think I would have gotten my money if not for Askgamblers contacting the casino. I am glad there is help for gamblers that are being cheated out of money. I will never gamble at Pamper Casino again. I do not recommend this casino to anyone. The games are great the bonus is great. The rollover is way to high. The withdrawal terms make no sense. I figure if you can make it through the outrageous rollover the casino shoud be glad to pay the money. It is very hard to cashout because the rollover is so high. Players please be careful I really don't want anyone to go through what I did.

Pamper casino is powered by the Betsoft and these are probably one of the best around in terms of their graphics. They have a very good range of 3D slots at this casino. What is great about these casinos is they always have very generous promotions and no deposit offers.

When I signed up here I had a code to get 65 Euros free. Unfortunately even though they accept players from the United Kingdom they do not allow you to play in the currency Great British Pound so Euros is the next best thing. At the moment Pamper casino are offering a no deposit bonus of 100 Euros. These offers do come with a hefty wagering requirement though. When I played here I had to play through the free money sixty times and the maximum I could cash out if I was successful in fulfilling the wagering requirements was 1 x the bonus but the good thing is you do not need to make a deposit to cash out.

It is really easy to claim free money here simply go to the cashier and redeem a coupon and it is instantly available for you to play and you can easily check you wagering on the home page. There is only a selection of games you can play with your free bonus money but they are all there under the 'bonuses' section in the games lobby. You also do no need to download the software you can play on the instant flash player version which is what I do. Another good thing about Betsoft casinos is you can you claim no deposit offers at all of their casinos it does not matter if you have previously claimed at one of their sister casinos.

I have played at a few of these casinos but I have never met the wagering requirement. It is almost impossible …. although definitely not impossible. If there is one casino online who will spam your mail on regular basis it is this one.They have sent me like dozen of email offers with their free chip bonus, so I finally decided to give them a try.

At first sight of their website i did not like theirdesign and the fact that is all in browser did not suited me either because i like download casinos. My initial review for this casino was actually good.

I was really impressed with the massive deposit bonuses - my boyfriend decided to use one of these deposit bonuses.

Didn't win. But enjoyed the new 3D slots even though they seem to eat a bit of data, but its worth it in the end.

My boyfriend and I have both been playing the weekly free chip.

So - my boyfriend decided to cash out his winning on this casino. The withdrawal method is a bit unusual.

And so he waits - It was either Wednesday or Thursday he gets a response from pamper accounting saying that he has multiple accounts and both his and my account on the casino have been blocked and the withdrawal being rejected,

So - because my boyfriend plays online casino games on my computer because he doesn't have one at the moment - both our accounts were blocked!
