Good presentation of novomatic games.

That's only good thing I can say about the casino. It looks good, but works very slowly. Also there is not live chat available. The bonus is the most hilarious thing I've seen at the casinos, and I've played over 5 years. The max bonus credited after wager is done is 1x the bonus amount. Like how that can be even called as bonus? 5x bonus amount I can somehow understand but 1x is just straight fooling customers. I spent my day wagering 12,000e and end up with nice balance of 2,500e, but then my balance changed to original bonus amount 300e. Just wow. What is the point of wagering thousands of euros if only goal is to get 1x the bonus amount? Ridiculous. If I would've known that, I would've rather just lose the bonus and do something useful in that day. So if you still wanna play there, at least don't use the bonus. I was also a VIP member, how great bonuses and treatment lol. Guys, don't play at OVO, there is way better casinos which don't **** with you.

Pull with documents. Write that the master kar is actually a visa. They say that the bank rejected the withdrawal to the zvanil card in the bank, they skimmed that the money would accept the card. Did not want to re-bring to the card. Stood for a bank transfer. The docks themselves check the week although the cards are already verified. They do not explain the reasons for cancellations

I just surprised to see the rate of ovo casino today! Since I joined and played the last time, everything was fine for me and even I did withdraw, I didnt even need any document and fast withdraw. I told some of my friends to join this sites as long as until now, mostly fine!

Their bonuses works like the LeoVegas ones so you play with your "real" money first then the bonus money which I like ALOT!

well I cant really say anything bad about them except for the long wait time to get them to approve my documents and get them to pay my withdrawal. It took them 48hours+ for them to pay my withdrawals and the only reason why I got it paid out was because I got in contact with a guy who knew someone high up on the casino that got them to pay out my withdrawal quicker. Otherwise its a great site!

Great words! But if you have to wait over four hours in order to get a response from their Customer Support I find it really hard to take their words seriously. What happened to me was that I made a deposit in order to claim my 100% welcome bonus, but for some reason I didn't receive my bonus. Now, four hours later I'm still waiting, without any bonus or explanation.

OVO Casino is more of a Novomatic casino, with mostly Novomatic games in their directory. Not surprising really, since it is owned and run by Quasar, which also has its own Quasar Casino. I played many times at Quasar Casino before, never won anything there, but I do like playing those hard-to-win Novomatic games, like Book Of Ra Deluxe, Lucky Lady's Charm Deluxe, Lord Of The Ocean and a few more. What is it with Novomatic games that make them very hard to win on, I can never be certain. They play like high variance games but their payouts aren't really huge enough to be such. Nonetheless, these games are a huge favourites with European players.

Only recently, I came across OVO's offer of 'deposit 10 EUR and play with 50 EUR' for new players at their website. The wagering requirement was set at only 40 times the bonus amount and that was attractive indeed. So I signed up, got my email validated and proceeded to upload my documents for verification. Everything went smoothly without any glitches. I then deposited 10 EUR, inserted the code SPIN50, and got the 40 EUR bonus immediately. However, as I found out a little later, this bonus money was not shown in my real money balance, but was in a separate Bonus account, which would only be available for playing when the real money balance drops to 0.20 EUR or less. Even so, to activate this bonus money, I had to exit the game I was playing, then enter it again. It's a little strange and unfamiliar procedure, but works fine enough.

OVO Casino also uses the 'terminal selection' screen for players to pick one terminal to play on, or just to watch others playing by clicking on one of the occupied terminals. Well, this is fine if you like watching others play, but not for me. To me, it's simply pointless, unless you're not a player at all, only an observer. Ah well, certain European casinos still maintain this aspect of terminal selection for playing, as it seems that most of their players like it that way. To each its own. I still prefer the direct game loading method.

Right from the start, I did not need to get any assistance from the Live Chat host, so I wouldn't know if they're good or not. Similarly, with their finance side too, because I didn't make any win on my play that day, and I didn't get any chance to test their withdrawal process. Nonetheless, I've already heard and know that their withdrawals can be pretty fast.

Well, I guess the only thing that I don't quite like is in the selection of the games. There aren't many to choose from, unless you're a diehard fan of Novomatic games, which I'm not, even though I do like some of their games. My play on Book Of Ra Deluxe didn't go well at all. From all that 50 EUR credits, I only managed to get 4 Free Spins games, which didn't pay well at all. Nothing paid above 20x my bet amount! Yes, I do know that the game can pay big at the right time, but I guess I'm always in the wrong time zone! Hahaha.

I became a member at Ovo casino about two weeks ago. I purposedly was loking for a casino that offers Novomatic games, I saw that Ovo casino has that, along with a sweet askgamblers exclusive bonus and good rank, and I decided to join them. Registration was quite fast and while signing up I entered the code from askgambers. Then I made a 10€ deposit using skrill ewallet. I knew that the offer had a 50x wagering, but since I was just exploring their games and having fun, I didn't care about that much. After I had made deposit, I received email from skrill with a succesful deposit, however, the money didn't appear on my acocunt. I waited for a few minutes, nothing changed, so I wrote an offline message to their support, since their live chat wasn't available.

Luckily, after I had done that, the money appeared to my balance. I had 10€ balance and in the bonus section I saw I had 15€ bonus, which was correct. The thing I didn't read that carefully was the fact that bonus is used only after your cash balance is lower than 0.20€. In a way it's nice, since you can forfeit bonus and withdraw your winnings, if you haven't used your bonus.

I went to pay Lord Of The Ocean, which I think is one of their most popular games and I've heard the name many times. I played with 0.40€ stakes and my balance very quickly dropped to 1€. Then I managed to get free spins that paid 40x bet, soon after that I had two more free spins rounds and they paid around 30x bet each, so very quicky I got to 40€ balance. I continued to play and lost few euros so with 35€ I wanted to check in the cashier if I was able to make a withdrawal. Since I hadn't touched the bonus I saw that my available withdrawal was exactly 35€ so I forfeited the bonus and made a withdrawal.

Overall I had a really good time at Ovo casino and I think I will go back there and deposit again. The next day I received email from them that my money was sent back to my casino account because I didn’t request withdrawal to the same email that I made deposit with. This was my honest mistake, as I have 2 emails attached to my skrill. I requested then the withdrawal to correct email address and received money only few hours later. I wish they had even faster support and live chat that is availabe always, but all in all they have good selection of games and I would recommend them, as I had pleasant experience.

Ovo casino it is place where you can play Novomatic games, and for sure after I have found this online casino and checked their website I was happy to register - there is not so many online casinos with Novomatic software.
