OVO Casino - Delays in payment and no answer from the support

Hi again.
Yet another Casino who refuse to answer and process withdrawal and broke their own terms.
I am unlucky with my choises of online casinos.
I deposited 500 Euro the 6 of april around 6 am in the morning.
I played and manage to win 1700 Euro.
07:48 am I made a withdrawal and sent in all the kyss with was processed in 12 hour real good.
Thet promised me as always within maximum 48 hours the withdrawal will be aproved regarding customer service.
I asked them a couple of times yestoday if they will approve it for me and the say yes within the time frame.

Here is their mail.

They keep holding the payment just for waiting me to cancel the withdrawal and play up the money.
Its seems to be a common strategy in many casinos, I feel like that.

They make the kyc verifikation fast to improve trust and keep the player play but not willing process withdrawal within the time frame.

Im tired of that and this time i see that they have a rank around 7 starts in your ranking, probably that was my misstake to join the casino before checking the rank om your site.

The case is like that.

I was fully verified within 12 hours after I signed up and made a withdrawal 07:48 4 of april.
I asked about the time frame from the Casino the say up to 48 hours.
My withdrawal go to the same bank account that I made the deposit from.

Nothing happens within 4 days.

After 96 hours their system cancel my withdrawal and put the money back to my account again.

After I asked 3 times why the system cancel my withdrawal I got an answer back from them.

After that I got real tired when the promised 48 hours maximum for the withdrawal.

This was the promised I got from them "Your withdrawal is currently under investigation by our payment department. Since we have to check every withdrawal manually this can take up to 48 hours after you have requested it."

After 5 days I lost all trust of them and I decided to play up my winnings bet. I know that I will never get paid.

Like a never ending story.

The told me that the system didn't know that I was fully verified and that not my fault its their system.

So the case is closed and my money Gone.

I know it was my my fault that I decide to play up my funds.

But I really not trust a casino who handle customer like they treated me.

I want my first deposit back and I can think about to start over, but I know they are not willing to do that for me.
