Delays in payment and no answer from the support
Hi again.
Yet another Casino who refuse to answer and process withdrawal and broke their own terms.
I am unlucky with my choises of online casinos.
I deposited 500 Euro the 6 of april around 6 am in the morning.
I played and manage to win 1700 Euro.
07:48 am I made a withdrawal and sent in all the kyss with was processed in 12 hour real good.
Thet promised me as always within maximum 48 hours the withdrawal will be aproved regarding customer service.
I asked them a couple of times yestoday if they will approve it for me and the say yes within the time frame.
Here is their mail.

They keep holding the payment just for waiting me to cancel the withdrawal and play up the money.
Its seems to be a common strategy in many casinos, I feel like that.
They make the kyc verifikation fast to improve trust and keep the player play but not willing process withdrawal within the time frame.
Im tired of that and this time i see that they have a rank around 7 starts in your ranking, probably that was my misstake to join the casino before checking the rank om your site.
