Another win for the site is the added value on its bonuses. I have enjoyed a few bonuses and I have enjoyed my betting experience so far. That makes it easy for me to bet on any game that I know I can win at this point and take a lot of winnings at the end of the day.

I think the casino can be better by adding more games in their set of categories at this point. I have seen how their site has grown over the years so their games are starting to get old as well. Maybe they could add a few more new ones that would be a big hit among many punters since a lot of players today are looking for the ones that are new to the eyes. That makes it easy for a lot of people to try this site.

Another point for improvement maybe their speed. The site is arguably slow and I am having a very tough time in trying to use it within less than an hour they should try to improve their server at this point.

Multilotto have a clean, fast design. Everything is where I expect it to be. Deposit and withdrawal is very easy. Once my account was verified, my first withdrawal was in my Skrill account within an hour. Today I also got €1800 payout superfast.

The support is friendly, but I do widh there was a chat system, not only mail/messages.

There are free lotto tickets every now and then. Not many bonuses, but for me this is not a problem. I have absolutely no problems recommending Multilotto Casino.

I'm Australian player and I am still allowed to play at Multilotto but I don't know for how much longer.

I only started playing at Multilotto again in the last few months because at that time Australian players were still allowed to play netent and playngo slots there but this is now no longer the case. They have quickspin slots which is fast becoming one of my favourite slot software to play now that I can no longer play microgaming, playngo & netent slots anymore. I have since continued to deposit and play at this casino even though there is now less slot games to choose from because apart from that there is really nothing else I can fault about this casino.

They only have email support, however they respond very quickly. You can contact help directly on the site and they will email you back asap....normally within half an hour if its peak time or within a few hours if msg is sent during off peak time.

What sets this casino apart from most other casinos is that they really look after their loyal players. Up until recently Multilotto casino was handing out quite alot of free spins and when I didn't get them I would send a msg to help on the website asking for them and they would always be credited. Whenever I deposit around €30-€50 all up I send help a msg asking for some free spins and most times they would grant me some.

Multilotto casino withdraw process is very fast. You need to send in ID documents to verify your account before you can make a withdraw but once its verified withdraws are processed very fast. I have made three withdrawals so far at multilotto. The first withdraw took three working days to reach my account. The second and third withdraw was in my account the next working day. The pending process at Multilotto is also super fast compared to other casinos which is great for me because 90% of the time I tend to keep reversing my withdraws until I loose it all but at Multilotto it was only pending for about an hour or two. I tried to reverse my second withdraw about an hour after making it only to find it had been processed already which end the end was a relief for me coz I probably would of lost it.

Another reason why I like to play at Multilottio there is no limit on how much you can withdraw from free bonuses and free spins for depositing players, I was able to withdraw €400 from €5 won from free spins which I had to wager 35x.

Australian players don't have a big selection of games to choose from with only redrake, yggdrasil and quickspin slots left.

Euro is the only currency you can play with but the minimum deposit is only €10.

I used the site for Casino Games only, took a 200% deposit of £150 and completed wagering. TBH, I felt compelled to write a review due to me winning a large amount (£2.5 k off £75) and then seeing a lot of a negative reviews around Multi Lotto paying out.

If you follow the instructions to verify then there is no problem - I feel the negative reviews are most likely people not following the instructions, companies with Gambling Licences in the UK simply cant withhold winnings for no reason - this company is legit, following the instructions will get your account verified and jobs a goodun.

It's been 4 days since I'm trying to verify my documents.Very painful. Everytime something is disapprove and when I resend the asked documents I don't hear back from them for more than 24 hours. The verification team doesn't even look at the documents properly - I had to highlight the documents telling them to where to look at. They don't have live chat so basically you're helpless.

Pretty much everything. This site has quickly become my go to casino, which given I am something of a casino nomad, means they must be doing something right.

Multilotto Casino is one of my favourite. There is not netent games but many playngo and quickfire games and I like it good selection those. There is three things I keep important casinos anyway: fast and friendly support and good selection of games and fast withdrawals. Also easy to deposit and Bonus offer are important. I think everything Works well at Multilotto :)

Sometime back in the year 2016, I received a promotional email from this Multilotto Casino offering some no-deposit free spins for new players. Pardon my fading memory, but I think I also got some additional free spins with that deposit, credited the following day, if I'm not mistaken. So it wasn't that bad after all. I only wished that the wagering wasn't that high!

Well, I don't actually know what it is about Multilotto Casino that deterred me from making more deposits there. Could it have been due to that 35x deposit+bonus wagering, or simply due to not making any win from my first play at the casino? Or perhaps even because there weren't any good offers of late to make me go back there and play again. Oh well, if there's an irresistible offer, I'll definitely go back there! Hahaha.

Waited a long time on my Money (Withdrawal to Bank Account). After a week I contacted them. Had to provide Bank Statement to prove that the Money didnt arrive. It was some error on their site. Money went back on my Account, had to withdrawal again. This time with Neteller. I wrote an Email and ask for fast withdrawal and no pending Phase "again" because it was their fault. Good Thing in all this was the fact that the Money arrived 2 Hours after second withdrawal request. Still very exhausting process.

Well they offer my favourite casino providers such as play n go.

Great web design but the option list is a bit messy.

Well so far I just noticed that when do a withdraw they not that fast. And since I have that as an important service when choose my casino site to use they will not continue to be my top sites to make an deposit to.
