I think the casino can be better by adding more games in their set of categories at this point. I have seen how their site has grown over the years so their games are starting to get old as well. Maybe they could add a few more new ones that would be a big hit among many punters since a lot of players today are looking for the ones that are new to the eyes. That makes it easy for a lot of people to try this site.

Another point for improvement maybe their speed. The site is arguably slow and I am having a very tough time in trying to use it within less than an hour they should try to improve their server at this point.

Multilotto have a clean, fast design. Everything is where I expect it to be. Deposit and withdrawal is very easy. Once my account was verified, my first withdrawal was in my Skrill account within an hour. Today I also got €1800 payout superfast.

I'm Australian player and I am still allowed to play at Multilotto but I don't know for how much longer.

Multilotto casino withdraw process is very fast. You need to send in ID documents to verify your account before you can make a withdraw but once its verified withdraws are processed very fast. It's been 4 days since I'm trying to verify my documents.Very painful. Everytime something is disapprove and when I resend the asked documents I don't hear back from them for more than 24 hours. The verification team doesn't even look at the documents properly - I had to highlight the documents telling them to where to look at. They don't have live chat so basically you're helpless.

I understand verification is something all the online casino does when someone tries to take their money out but it doesn't have to be so painful. I've done verification hundred times in other casino - so easy. This is my only frustration towards Multilotto and so it only gets 5 stars out of 10.
