Trying to get away from paying legitimate winnings

I found a bonus offer on my account at mongoose casino a while ago which i took, it looked like this:

I play in NOK norwegian currency so i deposited 1000nok and got 1000nok in bonus.
I lost my first 1000nok and started to play with my bonus money.
in the terms it says that maximum win is 1000$.
After completing the wagering most of my money just dissapeared and i have 961nok left.
When talking to their support they are claiming that the terms are the same in all currencys meaning that max win would only be 1000NOK.
But as you can see their offer said 100% up to 100$ and i deposited 1000nok and got 1000nok in bonus.
I attached the terms for the exact same bonus i took.

Delaying €2,400 withdrawals for over a month

I want to file a complaint against Mongoose. They stalling me to pay for almost 2 months. On 5th May I deposit and won 1880 euro I verified my account on 28 May if else your not able to withdraw. I withdrew 1880 euro. After 1 month in good faith I thought my withdraw was processed.
I started to play again. I won a 450 euro amount. I withdraw my account get restricted and I had to verify my account again.

Once verified I couldn't withdraw to any of my creditcards or skrill they cancel all my skrill cash out.

First email about the credicard
" Hi Pyry,

Greetings!

We've noticed that the withdrawal of EUR 1,850.00 was unsuccessful due to some technical issue hence we've credited the amount back to your account. "

I can't with my card they removed this option afer this I got the following email
" This is Sara from Mongoose Casino Payments & Security Team.
Please be informed that we have cancelled your withdrawal request via Skrill because the deposit you made was via credit card. Please resubmit your request via card. "

There is NO card option.

After mailing I get the following email
" Thank you for the screenshot. Please be advised that you can submit withdrawal via bank transfer and not Skrill. As for the credit card withdrawals, it is being temporarily disabled. Please let us know once you have resubmitted the withdrawal request ( bank transfer ). We are sorry for the inconvenience caused."

I withdraw my money from the bank it's pending and they still won't process it.

It's absurd I have to go to a process of 100 email to get my money and they still having send any money.
Attached is the transaction history. You can see how much they cancel my withdraws.

They receive my money with deposit from creditcard . they won't accept credit cards withdraws. They won't accept skrill withdraws. Bank accounts they appertnly don't do I hope I get explanation there unresponsive

Blocked from playing

I had email with questions about my background on Monday 1st July 2019 following level of deposits. I respond to payments team email on 2nd July (attached email) and then Tuesday evening a questionnaire appeared when logged on site or switched between screens. Everytime I complete and submit, an error message appears. I speak to chat team 2 or 3 times in next few days, told backlog and will be raised with payments team. Nothing has been done. It is now 8 whole days inclusive where I am blocked from playing but can log on. See my funds. I get survey and submit everytime and the same error message. I log again and again but nothing is happening. I respond by email and send them screenshots too. Again tonight same survey, same error message and can't play. The customer service is poor as been 8 whole days where they've blocked me playing and I've submitted the survey, sent them answers to their original email questions (attached) and reported this error but nothing is happening. They are messing me around and possibly other users if this happens to them. I have complied and answered and told them survey error and sent them screenshots (that I've sent you). It needs reporting and looking into as 8 whole days now that they've not done anything and I can't do anymore than I've done (all attachments show emails and screenshots for error report and me complying with answers).

Stalling Verification & $3,100 Withdrawal

After a big win at Mongoose Casino, a casino I actually happened to really like, I sent all my documents to them for verification. Now, I gamble a lot so I have all my folders in order for the type of files they request, and I've done it so many times that I new there would be no reason not to have me immediately fully verified. 2 of my identifications went through fine, ID and Utility bill, but they are giving me problems with the online banking statement I submitted.

I deposited with Citadel Instant Banking, something very convenient for Canadians, and submitted an online banking screencap that showed my Full Name, Bank Number, and the transactions I made on the same day and for the same amounts as to what I deposited to the site. This should have been sufficient as I have done this a million times before. Instead they say It needs to show: Payment Method: Require a statement for TD Canada Trust. It has to show your name, the transaction ID (PR00832#####1) and the date.

I have done Instant Banking for as long as I can remember, and now as an end-user, it only appears on a Bank statement as 'Direct Check MSP'. I have also confirmed with TD Canada Trust and Citadel that there is no further transaction information similar to PRO00.. available in my account information. They are simply stalling withdrawal by giviing me verification run-arounds and it's already worked by me losing $1800. I will not play another round on this casino until this is solved.

Never got my $1,350 withdrawal

I made a withdrawal for $1350 on january 30th. It was accepted on february 2nd i made a withdrawal to my bank account i spoke to my bank got the correct details.. ive waited patiently today is the 13th of feb. They told me it bounced back i never got an email showing me proof of tgr withdrawal and the amount .. ive asked many times for someone to contact me on my mobile telephone number no one had contacted me. I also got emails after i initally sent a email because i couldn't log in ti chat... they said they will email me and time just went by i never got an email. Also on january 30th. I made a daily loss limit of 75$ and it endwd up stopping me at 250$ it should have stopped at 75$ as the daily loss limit was set for 75$ .. they told me someone will contact me via email about the dispute. This casino isnt helpful im very stressed out and just want my winnings. They are telling me now they want to send my winnings back onto my deposit method which i used a pre paid card from.vanilla mastercard... i explained to them that those cards dont accept and recieve funds once the card had been used it is no longer a working card it expires and is terminated.. i explained this to the lady on chat before making a deposit she said yes you can deposit witglh pre paid and do a bank wire after my accounts been verified. Which it was .. i just wanylt my funds please help me out :(

Verification taking over 2 months

Submitted documents for verification after a big win when i joined 2 months ago. Followed up a few days later and custimer service said the docs still pending and i would receive an email confirmation once completed. Weeks ticked on and by than as i could not withdraw had played all the winnings and followed up but got same generic answer all the time and the issue had been escallated. Received an email to resend docs with no explanation what was wrong with the last ones. Sent new docs 2 weeks ago and uploaded as well via verifications page on their page and also emailed twice. I have received no acknowledgement or update and feel dissapointed with the same generic answers from live chat staff. There is no urgency and i feel the casino is happy to keep taking deposits and wont verify or do it in a timely mannar as i have lost big winnings as i cannot withdraw yet. There is no compensation, no understanding and the issue is still ongoing. I have deposited heaps in the meantime. Mongoose security team have poor communication and the support staff seem uninterested and do not understand the huge inconvenience.Please help!!!

I registered at Mongooze casino yesterday. I was immediately asked for a proof of address and passport. My account was confirmed in a few hours. I started playing early this morning. I deposited 45 pounds and in a very short time I had 500 to withdraw. I had to upload proof of payment, I was worried it would take a long time because today is Saturday.I immediately contacted support for help. He promised me everything would be done immediately, and really, in just an hour, today, Saturday, my account was completely confirmed. The casino team is very good !!!I read both reviews for very slow account identification, but it took me exactly two hours. I very much hope payment is fast too !!

The site's layout is friendly, offers a good range of services and choice of slots, as well as a good promotion scheme with the cashback for instance.

Everything verified, address, ID and bank card. Yet after a week joining and making a fair few deposits, they email asking questions about profession income. I respond but then next day get blocked from playing and a survey appears every time login. There is an error message when submitting. Report it to live chat several times, send screenshots to email that original answers to email were sent and nothing. Complain on here and 96 hours passed, casino hasn't responded to complaint. Now 2 weeks unable to play but can login okay. This is the worst casino experience ever had when done nothing wrong and i cannot recommend at all. 3 stars is generous

Friendly support. Great games, quick cashout. Love that they have lightning roulette. Had a big win from a small deposit and they paid out no problem. Good site for Canadians; citadel instant banking.

Slow verification process. Now that I don't have to worry about it I'll continue playing here, but it took almost 3 days just to complete it. I think they are just making sure and have no bad intent.
