Scammed me out of my under minimum withdrawal deposit (yes, my bad, but I offered to pay the network fees for the refund, however support agent told me that "deposit has not reached them" as I am clueless about how bitcoin transactions work.

I had an idea for a feature that would defiantly make MBit stand out more than the others and lend to the kind and appreciative nature of the customers like me who spend a good amount of our free time not only playing, but interacting with your loyal and professional staff.

I have played at Bitcoincasino.us, Fortunejack.com, Bitstarz.com, Betchan.com and of course MBitcasino. At one time I would bounce between the 5 casinos, spreading my play in efforts of bettering my odds or to play a game I liked that one of you might or might not have. For the most part, you all carry the same games, same bonus structure and wager requirements and you all basically accept the same cryptocurrecnies. Except for fortunejunk. They accept 10 cryptos I believe.

In summary, I've won and lost equally across the board. It was about 6 months ago when I began exclusively playing mbitcasino and there is only 1 reason for that decision. No, it is not because I win more at mbit than any other casino, wish it was.. In fact, I haven't been able to win and make a withdraw since you changed the odds a bit after the July 4, 2018 holiday. In fact the reason has nothing to do with winning.

The one singular reason I will only play Mbit is your customer service. Linda, Joanna, Danielle, Christina. Customer service is what makes or breaks any good company. Mbit Management, listen up!! You have struck gold when you hired these wonderfully kind, understanding, joyful, helpful, polite and always professional and beautiful human beings. More often than not they deal with rude, unruly, angry and disrespectful customers more than good nature and friendly ones. I myself have even been a bit bratty at times and without fail, they are always helpful, kind and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers are treated with kindness and understanding. It is evident that your customer service staff cares and takes pride in their work by their excellent knowledge of all the aspects of your casino operations and how to best resolve the issues presented by us customers. The customer service at FortuneJunk is so bad and rude I wouldn't play there again if you gave me $1,000 to play there. In today's screwed up society and economy, full of scams and scumbags, we who spend our money want to have fun doing so and hands down your lovely ladies have made and continue to make my experience fun. Albeit I've been losing my ass since 4th of july, I still look forward to playing here and interacting with your staff. Without question It is they and their excellent service that keeps me coming back to Mbit.. every week.. sometimes 2 or 3 times a week.

Now that I have established my reasoning for this implementation idea, I shall present it..

I would like to see a CSR Tip option. CSR meaning Customer Service Representative. On many occasion after they fixed an issue or a bug or just made my day brighter I wished I could have tipped them just like I would in a physical casino. I'm sure other customers would follow suit. I'm not talking about an annoying, in your face distracting pop up "TIP YOUR CSR" banner. I'm more thinking about a subtle option on the withdraw and bonus page. In the US Marine Corps where I served as a combat fighter for 10 years only 20% of the entire Corps is a fighting force. The other 80% is support services. Without support services the Marine Corps could not be successful. Any business for that matter is only as successful as the support services positively contributing to that company and its product.

These women you have on the front lines are the reason I will only play MBit and I'm sure they are the reason many others keep coming back.. At any rate, a tipping option would show class and they most certainly deserve it.

I really really really dislike the latest update from Pragmatic with those annoying popups. If you quick stop 2 or three times you get interrupted by a stupid popup reminding you that you can set to quickspin by holding the spin button. YES, WE KNOW!! If I wanted to do quick spins I would hold the button. I don't need a multispin I interrupted for a disruptive popup that is more annoying than helpful...

VIP and CSR are literally the best. I wish I have a tip option for them or a buy your VIP manager a dozen roses.. or Send a case of beer to the kickass team at Mbit.. anyway, thanks to the owners for making a fair casino, to the IT for keeping it running smoothly, to the management for making great hiring choices and to Linda... my dear sweet Linda, the woman I've never met yet captures my attention. Kind, helpful, firm, professional, fair, doesn't take bull****, can spot a fake a mile away.. your entire staff has been outstanding to me but the one behind the lucky VIP 4 leaf clover is the most beautiful I have never seen. She makes my day bright even at dead of night.

I have been with This casino since its inception to online gaming 3+ yrs & I can't say enough about Mbit casino and the lovely crew they have. Well I have to start off by saying that the thing I love above all else at this casino is their amazing team.
