Despite attempts, their support team has been unable to rectify a glitch on their end which does not allow me to play real money games. Each withdrawal attempt is consistently rejected due to a 1x or 10x playthrough requirement, which I cannot fulfill as I'm unable to access the games. Despite numerous emails to their support team, it seems they are leading me in circles.
My issue was elevated but they have not replied to my email after that. Moreover, each time I respond to the ongoing email chain, a new staff member start all over again.
Despite my attempts to avoid escalating the matter, the lack of progress is becoming untenable.

I like the game selection and I used to like the level system rewards program but now it's just bogus. The higher the level the more you have to deposit to receive the weekly stellar wheel. It should be the other way around
What I dislike about mBit casino is that they randomly change your unique deposit addresses and even though the address is linked to only one person if you send to an address that you had before they won't credit your money even though they receive it. I deposited $19.48 cents to an address I had been depositing to for probably six months even though the addresses had already been cycled then just randomly my money didn't show up because they cycled the address. Support even confirmed my deposit was received through checking the transaction hash and nothing has been done about it. I've been playing with mbit for years and the experiences I have with the casino now are nothing to be happy about at all!
