Mason Slots casino is a casino I joined about two months ago. I noticed them on some casino site being recommended and I was interested in them right away because they were a part of N1 brands which I enjoy playing at, as well as the fact that they had a really nice welcome bonus offer.
The casino is powered by several game providers but for me, the selling point was the fact that they had Netent and Play n Go games, the other ones I wasn't too interested in. I signed up and made a deposit of 40eur, however, I didn't get the bonus for some reason. I made a deposit via skrill and I had checked prior that skrill deposits are eligible for bonuses. Luckily enough the casino offers Live Chat option so I got in touch with a customer care agent right away. I was told to not play with the funds and within 5 minutes the bonus was added to my account. What I liked about this offer was that I could play my favorite game Twin Spin, the wagering was only 40x bonus amount and there were also 50 free spins on rise of Merlin slot on top.
Unfortunately, my deposit didn't last long, I played only Twin Spin with minimum stakes but didn't get a single win over 100x bet so within 2 hours my balance was gone. I came back for the next few days to play the free spins, but at first, I had some issues with them, since i had to contact support every time to add them since they had added the welcome bonus manually, the free spins weren't added automatically, but their support was very kind so it wasn't a problem.
Overall I had a good time at Mason slots casino, the support left a very good impression on me, the game selection was very pleasing and the bonus had good terms. All in all, besides the technical issue of bonus not being credited, I certainly would recommend them.
