Luckily enough the casino offers Live Chat option so I got in touch with a customer care agent right away. I was told to not play with the funds and within 5 minutes the bonus was added to my account. What I liked about this offer was that I could play my favorite game Twin Spin, the wagering was only 40x bonus amount and there were also 50 free spins on rise of Merlin slot on top. 

Unfortunately, my deposit didn't last long, I played only Twin Spin with minimum stakes but didn't get a single win over 100x bet so within 2 hours my balance was gone. Unfortunately, they do all they can to make verification complicated by not accepting PDF documents. As this is 2020, almost all of the developed world will only have online invoices and not receive paper invoices to be scanned or photographed. But the casino still seems to be in 1990 and wanting to make it as complicated as always for the players to get their money. Typical scam behavior.

My first 3 withdrawals went through and then all suddenly they wanted an utility bill, even though all other documents were provided. We all know that when you use Trustly, you are verified already, but once again, the casino just wants to make it complicated for you so they keep asking for documents.
