Mars Casino - Verification Issues
I am experiencing some trouble with verifying my account at Mars Casino. The reason I decided to play here in the first place was because they are part of the Direx N.V group. Given my experience with casinos in this specified group, I have had nothing but pleasure playing at them, until now with Mars Casino I feel like everything is going south. I made a deposit and got a 100% match bonus and completed wagering. Close to completing wagering I uploaded my documents on the morning of 14 of August 2018 at 09:53am where my time zone is GMT +2. The very same day at night around 19:00 I logged in and saw my documents were approved. I contact live chat to find out how long will my withdrawal take and then suddenly he informed me that once the documents are approved, then it will be processed in a few hours. During the chat I got notified my documents was not approved, after is was already approved. Live chat informed me there was a mistake with approving the documents etc and the manager need to jump in. Since the 14th everyday they have been giving me the run around and fail to provide me with updates. Their time frame states, documents are approved within 24 hours and withdrawals also 24 hours but could take a bit longer. The same information is published on Askgamblers. No one can tell me why my docs is not approved or how long it will take. They keep on saying they will contact manager or sent a notification to finance, but its been over 48 hours and I have not recieved an update or no one can say why my documents has not been approved yet. This is frustrating as I do not know where I stand now and I would like the to stick to their stipulated time frames. Askgamblers I need your help on this one, as I though Mars Casino is a reputable online casino, but I am clearly mistaken. I have attached some conversation where they tell me they made a mistake in approving my documents. Also proof that I uploaded them on the 14th of August 2018 and the fact that they keep on telling me they do not have any updates. I even email them, but still no response from them.

Mars Casino - Deposits still not credited, even after 5 days and with over 300 confirmations
I never had issues with this casino with past deposits or withdrawals. However my very last two deposits were never credited even when Blockchain address showed over 50 confirmations... --contacted support; They said they're working out the issue with their "payment provider" and I should expect a reply within 12 hours. This was Saturday that's just passed around noon time. About over 3 days already. No deposits credited... or refunded. The first deposit was for $10 in BTC and the second one was for $28 in BTC. Now when I contact support , they not only are not responding, but after their auto greeting to me, and after I remind them again of this issue, they completely ignore me. I don't understand what's such a big deal about them just crediting me $38 in my account. They obviously see that the attached links and files I've sent them are of the transaction details going through fine on my End to the correct bitcoin address they assigned me. One of the account reps @Gamora first said i'd have this resolved within 12 hours ... then yesterday same person tells me that if they don't see it resolved today--they would manually credit the missing BTC themselves. I think I've been very patient.... and for them to be so rude in not even giving me another explanation but rather just completely ignoring me makes me completely disappointed in this casino. I know it's only $38 but please help AG. I'd rather use this credit towards other casinos I feel would be a bit more thorough and and dependable when it comes to issues like this.

Ok selection of games and not many game providers in the list. Decent website design, and I thought the customer service was good but i was mistaken.

I had a terrible experience claiming a promotion I got via email. When u approach their live chat with queries related to their promotions, most of the time they are completely clueless about the promotion that you are referring to. They would usually ask for a screenshot of the email and still end up making errors.

In my case, I got an offer via email wherein i was supposed to get 50 free spins worth $1 on a slot game, however after making the deposit the spins did not get credited automatically, so I had to request the live chat to credit the same manually.

When I loaded the spins page, the game was on auto play for gift spins and there were no ways I could stop it (at least I did not know how to do so) and I realized that the live chat agent had made a mistake of crediting the spins worth .50 cents instead of $1, therefore I took a screen shot and immediately reported to live chat which was offline, hence I left a message.

Later when I tried to claim the spins, I was told " since I played the spins off they could not credit anything else". This is ridiculous, firstly you guys make a mistake and then do not own up and make up for it.

You guys could have just credited 50 more spins worth .50 cents each and it would make it even. But nothing, no solution provided whatsoever. I would steer clear off this casino as I do not find them customer friendly, I did not like their live chat support and they have got me extremely disappointed.

Nothing to like really. Signed up with no problems at all, confirmed email and deposited with no problems. Then it kept popping up: You have reached your limit and I can't play. I can't get anyone on chat as you go down in the queue then it stops at position one, and that's it. You are stuck there as they don't want to talk to you.

I've played on lots of sites. This is bad when they ignore you completely. If I can't play, fair enough, but return my deposit.
I would avoid this casino big time.

Variety of games, many payment options, great gaming experience.
I made a few deposits and lost but had fun while playing. No glitches or errors messages.
I got lucky and made a decent win and requested a withdrawal to test out the payment system and boy was I surprised. It took few minutes to verify my account and my withdrawal request was approved in less than half an hour. I received my payment the next day and first thing I did I made a deposit like a hero.
Great casino with exceptional layout.

So far so good. I can’t rate the live chat customer service simply because I had no problems.

I like to play at Direx casinos, cause They use to have a very fast verification and payout. This is not so, at this one. Its slow here.

First payout I got in a few hours. The second (under 100 euro) is still pending. Since over 36 hours now.
I was in live chat and always the same answer that they will ask the finance dept. Normally a Direx NV Casino pays out in a few minutes. But this not would give 10 Stars if the payout time would be like the others.

Mars casino is another casino that belongs to the Direx N.V group. I am always excited when playing here because I know there will never be trouble in paradise with the Direx N.V casinos. I have experienced withdrawals from 5 – 10 minutes and verification also done within 30 minutes or 1 hour maximum.

Well I received an email to claim a deposit bonus where the minimum deposit is $10 and x40 wagering. I went after the coupon expired date as I could not claim it in the specified time. I contact their live chat who is polite and very responsive and explained to them that I do not have $20 to claim the welcome offer, but I wanted to claim the special bonus with $10 deposit. They contacted the manager and got approval for the coupon and I made my $10 and they credited me another $10.

With $20 in balance I went to play some Sizzling Spins from Play 'N Go. Game was bad and ate my funds and then I went to Asgard to raise my balance. After some time, I increased my bet size and managed to complete wagering in 3 hours.

I uploaded my docs immediately and requested a cash out of $190. My docs were pending, and I was checking every hour to check the status until about 6 hours later I saw my documents were approved. I contacted live chat to get an idea of how long the withdrawal would take and they said they need to contact the manager because my there was a mistake in my documents being approved and my documents status changed to "Not Approved" – Not sure why, but I left it.

It's been over 24 hours and I have not received an update. My documents have not been approved yet and my withdrawal had been pending. I contacted support however they do not have feedback or any update about my documents or withdrawal.

This is most probably one of the worst Direx N.V casinos I have played at when it comes to the verification and withdrawals. They said they normally process in a few hours but sometimes it can take long.

AskGamblers state pending period is 24h and E-Wallet 24h. I just need an update, but no one can tell me what they need or why my documents are taking so long. I think they should update the information on the review page and set the pending to 24h – 72h and then withdrawal 24h – 72h as clearly, they do not stick to the 24h timeframes.

I am not happy about this and have mix feelings about this brand from the Direx N.V group. I guess it sound like I am a bit impatient, but on the other hand, just keep in contact and update me about my documents and withdrawal at least so I can know where I stand.

Seems to be easy to win, has the games I like, successfully withdrew $1500 AUD. They answer emails.

Update:
I have made another successful withdrawal of $2300 AUD, This withdrawal was much faster and was approved in 12 hours or so. The win rate is good at this casino, most times I depsosit I have some sort of win.

It took a long time just to verify my account because they only verify documents Monday to Friday business hours, their live chat won’t work on my mobile. Seems to take a week to withdraw first time.

Update:
Still not able to access their live chat from my mobile phone, I am usually able to do so with other casinos.

They are run by Direx N.V that's the only good thing about them but I don't think it will be for too long!

Worst live chat support, I made a deposit there they stalled my payment and still not paying. The design is bad, games sometime crash and don't work properly. I think in casino your supposed to have fun winning or loosing. But in this casino you cant even have fun while winning not to mention loosing.
