Terrible bonus terms. Complete con. As soon as you make the smallest bet with your bonus money you have absolutely no hope of withdrawing it as wagering with bonus funds does not count in wagering requirements. Emails to support are not answered. The terms are not clear and I was originally told by live chat there was a system error and other people were having the same problem as me and a manager was looking into it.
