They use very sneaky and appalling methods in order to ensure that any lucky players DO NOT receive any winnings. I was lucky enough to win 5k on dead or alive. I then went through the verification process, sending them exactly what they asked for. Each and every time I sent the correct documents I received an automated email requesting the exact documents i sent them already. This happened over and over and over. I kept sending EXACTLY what they asked for. Again all I got were automated emails asking again and again for exactly what I'd already sent. This went on for some time. Inevitably I began reversing my winnings until I lost it all. It was at that EXACT moment after the very last spin and my balance showing 0, I received an email saying my account was now verified. You can only withdraw 500 euros per day. The rest of your balance remains in your account. You can make additional withdraw request(s), but you can't lock them or anything; so you can cancel them anytime. You also cannot set any deposit limits for yourself, even through support. This site is not safe for people who might have even slightest problems in controlling your gambling. The result is, you will gamble away everything. Finally, I could at least close my account via live support by sending a "technical issue" query; when you send a query about "account closure", the agent won't even reply to you.

Everything worked smoothly for me. I didn't end up winning from my favorite game. I made one withdrawal of 500 euros, though. it came to me instantly, via Trustly. (Later I gambled that away, too...) The withdrawal limit was 500. I had more in my balance at that point. I don't know, if I could have made another withdrawal immediately after the first one, bc I didn't try it out.

Delay in withdrawal due to high withdraw traffic I guess but I received my winnings finally
Really bad betting site!! It is so easy to put in money, but when you actually win they do everything to delay you with answering wrong questions. And now they are telling me that it will take 2 months to pay out the winnings to my account. Not 3-5 banking days. The customer support is really bad.

Chat support despite of having too long witing periods it's very good and helpfull.
Very poor support by Malina's Financial Department. They don't reply to my emails. I've sent at least 5 emails since 13-04-2018 about my account verification (if all my personal documents i'd previously sent were ok) and i'm still waiting today for an answer. I've sent those emails to Malina's support and they replied me with automatic emails such like "you need to provide A,B and C documents to verify your account". I'm still witing for Malina's confirmation email. I just got any answer from chat support which was very helpfull.
I'm still waiting from a feedback from Malina's Support Department about an email sent in 12-04-2018 where I asked about a sudden ban for portuguese players to Roulette Master. By chat was told my that Support Department would give an explanation by email. Until now...
