Mio Media Affiliates is the official casino affiliate program responsible for the marketing of Neon54 Casino, SlotsPalace Casino, Pistolo Casino, MalinaCasino and MyEmpire Casino, online casinos housing games from the likes of Quickspin, Microgaming and Nolimit City. The program prides itself on offering smooth communication and transparent relationships so partners get the best possible service. Dedicated affiliate managers will also help with onboarding and all the processes after that. They are governed by the laws olicensed by The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, aka PAGCOR.

Commission details

Affiliates who enroll in the program can enjoy flexible commission rates so they can make the most out of their traffic. When affiliates register they can take advantage of an exclusive net revenue sharing plan which will place them on a flat rate percentage share. However, this can then increase depending on performance.

This means affiliates could be placed on a tiered program which they will pass through as their referred players generate more revenue. The amount of commission they earn will increase as they pass through the tiers. There is a team of experts that can help affiliates find the right business model to suit the affiliates' needs in order to achieve a profitable, long-term relationship.

They also take the stress off affiliates by offering a no negative carryover. This means any negative earnings will be wiped clean at the start of a new month so they can always start a new month with a fresh balance.

Sub-affiliation

Affiliates can also top up their earnings when they register for the sub-affiliate deal. Affiliates can refer other partners to the program and will earn commission based on their players in addition to their own. This is currently paid at a flat rate percentage share.

Payment details

The commission is calculated and paid on a monthly basis, usually by the 15th of every month. Affiliates can choose from a selection of safe and secure payment methods, including Neteller, Skrill and Bank Wire Transfer, with a low €100 minimum monthly payment threshold. Payments will be made in euros and affiliates should be aware of certain admin fees. Finally, affiliates shouldn't worry about withdrawal limits as there are none.

Software

Mio Media Affiliates utilizes the NetRefer software which gives affiliates access to all data they need and readily available statistics. The popular software will also give affiliates access to tools that can help with marketing campaigns.

The initial offer was promising, and before finalizing any agreement, they were highly responsive and eager to win us over. Sadly, that’s where the positive experience stopped.

DISLIKED

Our experience with MioMedia's affiliate management was disappointing. Communication was poor, and they ultimately failed to pay us. Despite our efforts to create tailored campaigns, their affiliate manager lacked the necessary resources or expertise to provide meaningful support. Two weeks before the scheduled payouts, we began inquiring about available payment methods, but they avoided responding and eventually terminated the agreement without fulfilling their payment obligations. Over the past decade, we've rarely encountered programs that handle business in such an unprofessional manner. There are far better options and more reliable companies in the industry. While we plan to address the payment issue directly with them at the next conference, for most people, steering clear of MioMedia would be the wisest choice.

Same as with everybody else, I guess - their promo offer was promising, but they ended up not delivering. The affiliate manager disappeared pretty much and made us work for months for no payout.

They lure affiliates in with enticing offers and promises but fail to deliver when it matters. Avoid MioMedia at all costs—save your time, effort, and resources for a program that actually values its affiliates and honors their commitments. They never paid us out, not a trustworthy company. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The original offer was good. Before cutting a deal with them they were really responsive and tried to sweeten us to do business with them. Unfortunately, the good things ended here.

Communication with affiliate management was poor, and they never ended up paying us out. Generally, I would try to avoid them. We tried to create specialized campaigns with them, but their affiliate manager lacked the resources or the knowledge to give us anything. Two weeks before the payouts, we started asking about the available methods, but they refused to answer, eventually cutting the deal without payment. These are some of the very few programs we encountered over the past ten years that handled business like that. There are better offers and more straightforward companies, but I would generally not recommend working with MioMedia. We'll surely pay them a visit during the next conference about our payment but for everybody else, avoiding them is probably the best course of action.
