MalinaCasino - Malina Casino Payment declined and the process is taking too long

Hello, I have made a few deposits on the website. I won 2709,9 euros and after that I tried to withdraw some winnings on the website. I contacted the customer service and they told me that everything should be OK related to withdrawal. The customer service contacted KYC-team because the website declined my withdrawal. The KYC-team first said that everything should be fine and I should take out my winnings (proof picture). And they told me that everything should be fine (I have a photo -proof). I made the second withdrawal attempt and it was declined again and I was upset because they declined the second time my withdrawal attempt. I contacted the chat again and then KYC-told me to send some documents (basically they changed their mind - not needed before and they wanted). Then KYC-team asked me to send some documents and to verify my account. I sent all the documents that they wanted. I think it is not acceptable when it takes more than three weeks to verify my account. I sent one of the documents 18.12.2025 via email and the relevant team is still processing the file.

I think it is not OK when the website first informs me that everything should be OK and KYC-team confirmed that earlier (proof picture). After two withdrawal attempt the website wants to have verification. I sent those documents and it has taken more than two weeks to verify them. Hopefully, the Askgamblers can help to solve this case! I have linked some pictures where you can see the process and chat history.

Great casino! It has only been a few days but I have to say that MalinaCasino is now among my list of favorites! Their large selection of slot games are compatible with any mobile device, and like their library, what also hooked me up in the first place was their list of payment options.

I have been a casino player for years and slot games remain my favorite, so it slightly gets me crazy how some of Malina Casino’s specific slot games have a requirement of 200x playthrough.

The interface is nice, it attracts attention and ease the navigation. The range of games is okay, I was able to find what I wanted to. So I guess that's it.

I didn't like the speed of a withdrawal, it took around 2 days, even if the amount was not high, but why for so long? I guess it should take less time.

Not much to be honest. The interface is good but that is to be expected. They were quick to close my account when requested. The live chat was always easy to contact.

How is the rating so high?!
Tactics are constantly used to pre-long withdrawals. It took 9 days to receive my first withdrawal. The live chat just apologise and said they couldn’t say when I’d receive it.
Withdrawals are limited to $750 per day and only 3 withdrawals allowed to process at once.
You can cancel a withdrawal easily and not lock it.
Avoid this casino. There are much better ones available.

Got lucky playing in some new slots I found in this casino. Live chat was always helpful and emails always come. They also have good promotions that I'm excited to try. Good thing I checked the Askgamblers site for comments so I verified my account to avoid the hassle.

The verification period was average waiting time for casinos but I don't really like sending much information online. But it was okay. The low withdrawal limit is a real bummer since it's too low.
I also end up betting some supposed to be profits but proper bankroll management helped me. Still, it would be great if there can be a higher limit.

I tried website on slow net. It work great! It is fast and page load was easy. Games set in page is clean and feel expensive. But game have low minimum so I play casual.

Casino not support ¥ or bitcoin. Website convert my money in other money. I need calculator to read. I hope Japan support soon before I start counting Euro.
