The reason for my message today is that after 3 business days, my withdrawals are still not paid. This delay isn't stated or normal, my account does not need any verification, so I don't really understand what's the cause behind this delay.

When contacting support through Live Chat, the experience is really poor; it almost feels like agents are AI, giving generic answers every time without being able to fix anything.

I have never felt like this in any other casino I've played. I feel like I'm getting ignored by their support team, always giving the same answer.

I would really appreciate if I could get my $148 soon, since it's stated that withdrawals are made within 3 business days.

I requested a €500 withdrawal from MalinaCasino on 26.September.25, and it has now been over a week with no progress whatsoever. According to the casino’s own Terms & Conditions, withdrawals must be processed within 3 business days, but this deadline has long passed.

After contacting support via mail, I received nothing more than a generic “please wait” reply — no explanation, no timeline, no action. Since then, my withdrawal has remained pending without any valid reason provided.

To make matters worse, MalinaCasino restricts withdrawals to €500 per day, meaning that this delay blocks all subsequent payouts as well. The result is that players are effectively forced to wait indefinitely to access their legitimate winnings — which feels entirely unfair and unacceptable.
The total withdrawal sum will be 1900€ splitted into 3x 500€ and 1x 400€

I also didnt got any information on if verification is needed and if so what documents they need. Just radio silence after the first generic "please wait" mail

I am requesting that MalinaCasino immediately process my €500 withdrawal and provide a clear confirmation that future withdrawals will not face the same unnecessary delays.

Their terms state that withdrawals will be processed within 3 business days, and they told me three times on live chat that they will be paid out soon; however, nothing is happening.

These funds were won 2 months ago, and all withdrawals so far have taken an excessive amount of time to be paid out

I would like to express my concern and frustration with the way Malina Casino is handling my pending withdrawals. I requested 3 withdrawals 2000pln each on 16.07, 18.07 and 26.07 2025 which have still not been processed.

I have contacted support multiple times via live chat, but I only receive generic responses, such as: "the process is handled by the finance department" or "we cannot provide processing time estimates."

These kinds of empty responses do not give players any reassurance. As a customer, I cannot accept being told there is no time frame, as this could mean one day or even a year.

This level of uncertainty is simply not acceptable from a platform that aims to be serious and trustworthy. All I’m asking for is a clear explanation and a realistic time frame for when my withdrawal will be processed.

I hope AskGamblers can help me get a proper response and a final resolution from Malina Casino.

I am waiting for 2 500 euro withdrawals, made on the 24th of June 2025. I have now been waiting 11 days for a withdrawal that the site says will take 3 days. I have contacted live chat 4 times and email twice. I receive the same 3 robot like responses, we understand your frustration, your money is safe, and there is a delay. They won't tell me what the delay is or how long it will take. I am getting worried as there are a lot of complaints about this casino online and lots of the complaints say they won't pay.

I recently joined MalinaCasino. I made 1 deposit and received a bonus. The wager was x35 which I successfully completed. Once the wager was done any winnings there after were My own.
I went on to win 12,500 euros which is a large sum of money, I requested first withdrawal on 13.06.2025 I can only do 3x €500 as I'm only level 1 due to just joining the site. Problem I have now is they won't release My payout, it's been sitting there since 13.06 still under review. I keep getting the same answers from email and live chat who haven't been very helpful in the matter.
