Withdrawal not process

I am filing a formal complaint against Malina Casino for systematically delaying my withdrawals in violation of their own Terms and Conditions.

Account Information:

Current Balance: $18,312.10 NZD (INCLUDING PENDING WITHDRAWAL)

Current Withdrawal Requests (3 pending as allowed by their system):

#1 $500 March 7, 2026 6+ days

#2 $1,000 March 8, 2026 5+ days

#3 $500 March 11, 2026 2+ days

Important Context:

Malina Casino has imposed a $1,000 daily withdrawal limit and a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals at any time. I am following all their rules—I have submitted the maximum allowed withdrawals and am waiting my turn in their queue. Despite this, they have violated their own processing timeline.

The Violation:

Malina Casino's own Terms and Conditions, Section 6.15, clearly states:

"Requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made."

My oldest withdrawal (March 7 AND 8 ) is now PASSED 3 DAY DEADLIN, This is a clear, documented violation of their own binding Terms.

What I Have Done to Resolve This:

Followed all their withdrawal rules (daily limits, 3-pending maximum)

Contacted live chat multiple times

Received emails from support agents Meddy and Froy who admitted "apologize for the delay" (attached)

Sent a formal complaint to [email protected] as required by their Section 13.4

Waited patiently but took no action

My Demand:

I demand the immediate processing and payment of all my pending withdrawals. I have a total balance of $18,312.10 that I have legitimately won. I have a clean 8-month playing history with over $30,000 in deposits and some withdrawal as well, and I have not violated any bonus or account terms.

Why AskGamblers Should Intervene:

I have already reviewed AskGamblers and found multiple resolved complaints against Malina Casino, including:

A €26,000 case that was RESOLVED

A €500 case with the exact same "3-day policy violation" that was RESOLVED

Malina Casino has a documented history of delaying withdrawals and only paying after external pressure. I am following all their rules—daily limits, 3-pending maximum—yet they refuse to honor their own 3-day processing commitment. I am asking for the same resolution other players have received.

Malina Casino Payment declined and the process is taking too long

Hello, I have made a few deposits on the website. I won 2709,9 euros and after that I tried to withdraw some winnings on the website. I contacted the customer service and they told me that everything should be OK related to withdrawal. The customer service contacted KYC-team because the website declined my withdrawal. The KYC-team first said that everything should be fine and I should take out my winnings (proof picture). And they told me that everything should be fine (I have a photo -proof). I made the second withdrawal attempt and it was declined again and I was upset because they declined the second time my withdrawal attempt. I contacted the chat again and then KYC-told me to send some documents (basically they changed their mind - not needed before and they wanted). Then KYC-team asked me to send some documents and to verify my account. I sent all the documents that they wanted. I think it is not acceptable when it takes more than three weeks to verify my account. I sent one of the documents 18.12.2025 via email and the relevant team is still processing the file.

I think it is not OK when the website first informs me that everything should be OK and KYC-team confirmed that earlier (proof picture). After two withdrawal attempt the website wants to have verification. I sent those documents and it has taken more than two weeks to verify them. Hopefully, the Askgamblers can help to solve this case! I have linked some pictures where you can see the process and chat history.

Malina Casino is a great website with an awesome interface. I haven’t had any issues with crashing either on computer or phone which is a real bonus. Good variety of games and excellent live gaming. Had two days off with an injury and played a lot and had a significant win. Online chat support is very good, although responses given not always 100% consistent. I understand they are hiring more staff to deal with volume of requests.

As a Diamond VIP there is a withdraw limit of 50,000 EUR per 30 Days. After some understandable back and forth to verify my account I was advised I had to make withdraw requests in 2,000 EUR lots and they would be released on a ‘calendar’ within the 30 days, then after that I can do the same again for remaining balance. Would be good to be clearer about when payments will be made like other casinos I play at, as I am wanting to see funds paid out before I go back and deposit / play again, so having to wait to long doesn’t really work for player or casino as in that scenario it creates a long broken period in play. Most casinos I have dealt with are willing to do large one off payments for major wins.

The difference between the good casinos and the other is that the good casinos can create the illusion that the player can win, and even if you do not win at least have fun in the bad casinos there is no illusion, and in MALINA casino there is no illusion.

Everything went wrong, first I forgot to use askgamblers code and I only received a 100% bonus instead of 200% but this is my fault, in the end I completed only 13% of wager request, can you imagine the good RTP with which I played and the fun I had, i had to lose 53euros from a balance of 56 to get one feature,nice isent

Good choice of games, interesting games and lots of variety

I like everything about it! I can play Netent games which is a plus! One of the best new casino I joined! So far so good. Withdrawal time to ewallet was fast plus verification process. Game load like lighting fast!

Problems with login on iphone
Poor speaking (English) live chat - seems like auto-generated answers.

Malina casino is one of the newest casinos added on AskGamblers and it was the first time I heard about them. The first thing I thought about them was that they had a very interesting name. I noticed that they were powered by Microgaming and many other softwares so that was a good sign, also they were a sister site to Yoyo casino which I had tried and had no really bad experiences.

After doing a little research I came across free spins offer for new players- 20 free spins on Hercules- Son of Zeus slot. I registered though the link and ten I went to live support to claim the spins. I asked my question in live chat but no one connected. I waited 10 minutes, but just kept getting messages that everyone is busy. It took around 30 minutes to get someone on the chat but at the end I got my spins. Although the spins should have been on Hercules slot, I got them on 7 Monkeys but at least they added 40 free spins not 20.

As I had experienced it before, the free spins were played on few lines only and each spin was worth 7 cents. The spins were almost completely empty and from 40 free spins I won only 83 cents which I lost on Immortal Romance few spins.


So I saw that they were giving very generous welcome bonus for new players and to be honest I wanted to take this offer, but before that I decided to take a closer look at the terms. The wagering was 40x bonus which was good, but then I got to restricted games and the list truly surprised me. There were huge amount of games that counted only 20% for wager, as usually Dead or Alive and many others, and then I also found Twin Spin and Immortal Romance on the list. Twin Spin and Immortal Romance are my favorite slots and almost never are in the restricted/reduced wager list so this was a true bummer. I decided to not deposit there right now, since I wanted to take that offer but the terms weren't for my taste.

For now I think that they are a decent casino with nice game selection and professional support, but I would think twice before taking their bonuses as there are lots of restrictions.
