MalinaCasino - Malina Casino Payment declined and the process is taking too long

Hello, I have made a few deposits on the website. I won 2709,9 euros and after that I tried to withdraw some winnings on the website. I contacted the customer service and they told me that everything should be OK related to withdrawal. The customer service contacted KYC-team because the website declined my withdrawal. The KYC-team first said that everything should be fine and I should take out my winnings (proof picture). And they told me that everything should be fine (I have a photo -proof). I made the second withdrawal attempt and it was declined again and I was upset because they declined the second time my withdrawal attempt. I contacted the chat again and then KYC-told me to send some documents (basically they changed their mind - not needed before and they wanted). Then KYC-team asked me to send some documents and to verify my account. I sent all the documents that they wanted. I think it is not acceptable when it takes more than three weeks to verify my account. I sent one of the documents 18.12.2025 via email and the relevant team is still processing the file.

I think it is not OK when the website first informs me that everything should be OK and KYC-team confirmed that earlier (proof picture). After two withdrawal attempt the website wants to have verification. I sent those documents and it has taken more than two weeks to verify them. Hopefully, the Askgamblers can help to solve this case! I have linked some pictures where you can see the process and chat history.

I was a new customer and never had anything to do with this casino. After registering last Monday, I am still impressed - so far so good!
Deposited 30 eur, just to try out first, and immediately got my 30 eur bonus. As for the spins, had to get them in the chat, every day 20 freebies during 10 days, quite inconvenient, but already got used.
When I almost ran out of spins, I got the big winnings, successfully wagered them, and now I am going to withdraw 1000 eur. Was requested documents, and took some effort to send all those. But they assured me that I had to do this only once, and then I can get my winnings right away. So now I am verified and waiting for my money.

Was irritated by the fact that had to claim my free spins every day.

MalinaCasino (and it's sisters like: BoaBoa, YoYo, Casinia etc.) was one of my favourite online casino last year (2017). A lot of games- many providers, good bonuses, clear wagering conditions. My first withdrawal (about 800EUR) processed quickly, without any splitting... But at the end of the year everything began to change.....

First: they started to change bonus terms without any information to the players. I have a printscreen of bonus terms from July 2017 - and there are only severals games mentioned that count 20% towards wagering. A few days ago I notices 2-3 times more games excluded from playing with the bonus -some count only 20%, others 0% (e.g. Jimi Hendricks, Guns'n Roses, Motorhead, Immortal Romance, Secrets of Christmas, Goldilocks.... and many more). Last year I could easily play these games to wager the bonus. Now you must be very careful, because they can void all your winnings if you don't read the terms everyday. Could you please inform the players after they log in about every terms and conditions changes?

Secondly: At the end of last year they started to delay withdrawals. Even small amounts e.g. 200EUR they told me to split into 2 parts and made schedule to pay out every 2-3 days. This is because either they don't have enough money to pay or they hope a player will cancel pending withdrawals and looses all the money. Why is that?

Thirdly: free spins offered last year were really good only in the best games and with high spin value. Now I was offerred 60-100 free spins in RedRake games e.g. Wildcano with less than 0,01EUR per spin.. Really ridiculous.

That is why I do not play at Malina and it's sisters as often as in the past.
If you don't change the policy you will loose many players.....

Nice Casino. They are new ones, but have so many slots, and providers. I played in Dead or Alive slots. Won 630 Euro. Great win out of 50 EUR deposit! Will let you know about the payout.

Recently they have provided a new sports section. I was so happy about it!I deposited 150 EUR and got 100% bonus right away, so I had 300 EUR for betting, so as a huge football fan I placed many bets, including the today’s match Liverpool - Tottenham. Odds were OK.

I haven’t noticed any disadvantages so far, and really hope that I won’t notice any in the future. Will let you know about the payout.

Live casino is okay, but really nothing more I can tell.

They are not correct with customers at all.... I won really a big amount last December.....around 50.000 EUR. They pay you in chunks of 1000 EUR very slowly. According to their terms and conditions and my player status I should get 20.000 per month. At the end of January after 1 month they did not pay all the 20.000 as stated. And then they cut my withdrawal from 20.000 to 10.000 monthly because I did not play with my money I won......because I was just waiting for my winnings to be paid out during months.....ridiculous....

Second problem it that live chat can not help in financial matters, you have to push the kyc to have an answer when you get your next chunk of withdrawal. Answer takes 3 DAYS.

I had no option, I played away rest of my winnings..... they did not let me other solution.......

I do not recommend to play there anyway. If you once win big.....you have to wait months to be paid out and they dont even keep them to their terms and conditions.

Sometimes I lose to much
Once I used to have a withdrawal issue, but I was rewarded with additional free spins

I have actually registered at MalinaCasino a few months earlier but have not made any deposits as yet. I was very recently reminded by a mate about the casino and its 200 free spins offer, and after checking back, I realised that I haven't claimed their welcome bonus. I then quickly did some checking up on the offer at the casino's website, to ascertain that it was still valid, it was, and so I quickly made my first deposit of 20 EUR. Oh boy, to think that I would have missed out on those lovely 200 free spins, all playable in one go! Hehehe.

After depositing, I then activated the bonus from 'My Account' section first, leaving the free spins for later use, a second chance if you like. With that 40 EUR in hand, I clicked on my favourite Supe It Up game, but an error message came up - 'unable to load game'. Then I remembered I had the same problem at their sister casino, Casinia - the game cannot be played with real money whilst having an active bonus! Argh! Anyway, I tried again after using up my deposit money - the game loaded up, but it was the mobile version instead. Another argh from me! I don't like the mobile version at all because I cannot select my playlines, and the minimum bet was set at 0.50 EUR instead of the usual 0.25. My other favourite game, Isis, was also a mobile version, with the same 0.50 EUR minimum starting bet, so both games became a big disappointment for me! Why can't MalinaCasino have the standard version of the 2 games too?

Since I couldn't play on Supe It Up, I then played on my other love-hate game, Finn And The Swirly Spin. I love the extended play time the game can give, but I simply hate its damn blardy poor payouts! The only consolation was that I could get at least several winning screenshots of 50x bet from it, which I could use for Askgamblers Game Of The Month Contest. If not for this reason, I wouldn't even want to touch this blardy Finn game! But like I said, I had a good long play on it, managed to get many screenshots from it, but ended with a zero balance in the end, as expected.

The 200 free spins were allocated to Red Rake's game, Eastern Goddesses, but I contacted Live Chat and got it swapped for Pragmatic Play's Dragon's Kingdom instead. Thank god I did that, as recommended by my mate, and I won a very nice 52.56 EUR at the end of the free spins. With this second chance, I then tried to play Supe It Up, but became disgusted when it turned out to be a mobile version, so I ended up playing that Finn game again. After getting a few more screenshots, my balance went down to zero yet again. I guess it is literally impossible to win on this blardy game! However, I'm still glad that I don't have to use my data-consuming 3G connection, so I did save a big bundle on my subscribed data volume.

Customer support was good - the Live Chat service came on within 2 or 3 minutes of waiting, and the lady hosts were both fast, friendly and helpful. I couldn't test the casino's withdrawal processing timeframe, so I cannot comment on that. All in all, I am satisfied with MalinaCasino, but I totally dislike that mobile version of my 2 favourite Microgaming games. For as long as the standard desktop version is not available, I cannot play those 2 games, so I would definitely need a really good reason to make a second deposit at this casino!

Malina casino is newly added on AskGamblers. I went to have a look at the site and it looked like the bitcoin casinos, Bitstarz, Dasist according to their game selection, but they have other providers that those casinos do not have. The game selection is great from many providers like Netent, Betsoft, EGT, Amatic and a few others. They are missing PlaynGo which is one of my favourite providers at the moment. Support is great as well. I have not made a withdrawal, I saw a few complaints, but nothing major. I am sure this would not be an issue for me going forward.

They have a good software and good selection of games

Extremely slow withdrawal process. They complete chunks of 200 euro pr day and try to stall the whole process. Not a serious player in the online casino industry
