They got many nice games, (card) tables, (video) slots..... the customer service makes a overall good job, as far as I could know...
The website design looks up2date and let me play many hours on it...... Much different payment options are very customer friendly and also especially helpful for new players to get started.
The table games could be better, but who cares...the 24/7 "live support" sometimes need 20minutes to answer, especially at peak times and at the weekend.....

I like the variety of games here and it’s a easy site to navigate which I find important otherwise it’s frustrating. I like the no deposit bonuses most because I can’t always deposit and support is good too. Cool looking casino I think.

The casino is awesome the providers and the deposit method allow is very good. I like to play play n go games they are good also netent games are awesome.
I still miss other provides but it still ok I can live with what is available. I would like an app for apple so make it easier to browse around. And also outlook more existing.

Hello everyone! From my own experience playing Magical spin, I can say it was a nice experience with amazing winning! They have a large selection of games, very nice red tiger selection, verry nice amazing big wining, frendly and quick chat answer.
I don't know what I could say negatively about Magical spin. Maybe about the deposit, could be less!?
-and I'm a bit disappointed because egt games are no more allowed in my country.

Honestly, my only real criticism is that my account is not shown in Canadian dollars. Euros presently. Also, the deposit options are limited but still available. With so many online casinos to choose from ... Magical Spin is one of my favorites.

When I signed up Magical Spin casino was really a 'small' casino. Just a few providers... No big brands (PlaynGo, BTG, etc) They really expanded their slot collection. Now you can find providers a decent casino should have! My verification was fast. This casino was also the first casino I ever withdrawal a no deposit bonus (50Eur) only payout happened really slow (pending time, weekend) but in the end, I did receive it. Lots of bonuses on regular basis no deposit/deposit.
Livechat is not available 24/7. Dutch speaking livechat could have some more time online.
Their pending time is high. I prefer a casino without pending time and instant payout(E-wallets)

I like that this casino offers a wide range of games. And customer service is quick to respond to any questions/problems you have. They also have a variety of bonuses.
I don't like the fact that min deposit is $30, and that you can only play bonus funds on bonus games which isn't a lot to choose from, maybe if they fixed these 2 small problems I might play there slot more.

Magical spin have a very slow and difficult verification. They, also, don't accept non-English ID. I know it's their rule, but It can be trouble for some players. I'm waiting 9 days and they didn't respond still. They cancelled withdrawal without notice and player need send email or ask them in live chat about reason. Their live chat inactive at night. I filled contact form, but they never respond on my question.

I think the payout is under standard. Customer Service is never available. I sent email. I unsubscribed a 100 times and still get their email. Not recommended
I think the fast site setup. To much offers not attractive enough. But try it and maybe more lick to you ho try it Or want to try it's safe that's for sure

You must give this casino a go! They have a fantastic range of games from many of the top providers, as well as offering many deposit bonuses via email. They offer fast withdrawal and support is very responsive.
There isn't much to dislike about them, the only negative I can come up with is the website layout. Is like to see a revamp of this to keep it up to date with many others.

I love magical spin, it is a great casino with an impressive list of providers. Great deposit bonuses low wagering. Chat support communications could definitely be better but apart from that great casino.
Chat support could do with improvement better communication is needed. Also adding more payment options would be more convenient depending on your preferences. I think the casino would benefit from a better more involved loyalty/VIP program.

Most games are available here. The website looks ok, it works. I have no positive points actually, the very bad experience here. I would not advise this site, there a better!
The bonus and thier conditions, please study the rules here before you take a bonus here! As you can see there are more people here with same issues. The communication is bad, especially when you have some questions, chets will suddenly stop etc..
