Magical Spin Casino - Refuses a withdrawal without any notification

Hello @AskGamblers,

I've had a terrible experience with the Magical Spin casino.

I've had a pending withdrawal since 11.08.2023 after I completed a wager of 7500 EUR and decided to withdraw my winnings of 2000 EUR. I've reviewed all their policies and there's no written processing time frame for withdrawals. I've followed all rules and have not gone over the maximum bet of 7.5 EUR.

The chat support is not helpful, they only said to contact [email protected]. I've done this for the past week (several times). They do not reply at all. The chat said on Tuesday that the payment will be processed this week. But it was cancelled yesterday, without even notifying me why it is cancelled, is there any issue or what is the case?

The funds are credited back and now the chat support says next week the processing will happen but they cannot confirm anything and to contact the Finance department again. I've done this but they don't reply and do not provide any specific processing time frame. So the payment is again pending without any idea when it will be processed.

This is a horrible experience as you don't get any answer. The chat is referring you to a non-responsive mailbox. I've sent several emails over the past week. My experience with other casinos (who process payments during working days) is that you won't wait more than 2-3 days to get a payment, or if it is more (technical issue, verification issue etc.) they will provide any solid explanation and give a proper time-frame. Here, this is not the case. May payment was pending for 6 calendar days and just got cancelled without any information - no email, no message, nothing. If I did not log in to check, I would have no idea. My account has already been verified but I contacted the Verification team on 11.08.2023 just to make sure it is fine and the payment is not pending for additional verification. I've not heard anything back from them as well since last Friday.

I am a patient person but haven't heard anything from the team processing the payments, no solid information on their site (policies) regarding processing time-frames, which is what makes me raise this complaint. As my winnings are basically locked on their site and they do not help in any way to understand what I could expect and when. I've attached files confirming the cancelled payments (with no notification), the new ones, payment history etc. (private).

Please review this complaint and help me get this resolved.

Yeh agree that staff in live chat can't help with a lot of things and when contacting there email, they do suggest contacting live chat in future lol. Withdrawals do take longer than usual.

Magical spin has a support live chat et also an hotline, but in fact there are telling the basic and can't do anything better. The interface is correct and well designed.

The processing of withdrawal takes ages, I'm very disappointed, my withdrawal is pending since 24 December, they said it takes 2 business days but in fact it's wrong. It's my bad ever experience!

The assortment of games from the top game providers are great. There is also a wide selection of promotions that are all generous. The VIP deals make all of the bonuses even better.

Despite my excitement for its promotions, Magical Spin is not that special as an online casino. It has better bonuses, but not the best VIP benefits. I find my experience with a different website more rewarding for the long-term.

I give magical spin a six because it has been one of the best sites i have ever seen in my time as a food tech at the very least. I think there is nothing new for this site but it still does offer the best of those things as well.
The casino games are lovable and I love the reviews they give out for each one. So I can say that there is really more than just the plain casino here, but the dedication the owners and devs give up to help this one thrive in the long run too.

Well, it is just too plain for me at this point in time.
I know going white is enough but then one can try to look at those comments in their games or reviews, so getting a page redesign is not that really needed after all, but I do note that there is still more to look at when it comes to the page’s design and other aesthetics -
such as the smooth hovering of the mouse that makes it a clear feel for most users who are always there on the site for their games and other casino and stuff.

Magical Spin is my casino whenever I am looking for a one time big time game night due to their large selection of gaming. As of this review, they have more than 2,600 games.

For me, customer service is really an important factor for an online casino to be reliable and trustworthy. But, sadly, Magical Spin Casino doesn’t have 24/7 live chat. That’s basically the main reason why I don’t often play at it because I don’t want to experience again the time where I had trouble with my withdrawals and they didn’t do anything to respond to any of my queries.

Good website, lots of game providers, and daily bonuses you can use with depositing money or using their potion points system to redeem different free spins/money.

I'm not too fond of the live chat. It seems like they aren't quite willing to help the player but rather annoyed if you try and talk with them. Their player confirmation KYC takes over a week, and the withdrawal process is way too long, 3-4 business days. I do not recommend this casino to anyone.

The graphism of the web site are good, the game suggested are good. The providers present on the web site also. The universe and characters are magic. They have found good solution to attract the customer in a trap.

They will try to find any excuse to do not paye you!! They have a lot of constraints in their terms and conditions. It is totally a trap!!

I have an unpleasant impression of this casino. They sent me an email with an offer to play with them and a no deposit bonus of 10 euros. OK, let's try it.
But after registering for the bonus, I was refused. After a fair question - why, because my country is not among the restricted countries - they said that there is no bonus for Russia. To date, they have included Russia in the list of countries with restrictions, but at the time of my correspondence with them, this was not the case! (I have all the screenshots of the terms and conditions + correspondence for May 3, 2021).
That is, people change their own rules "on the fly" as they please - and this raises questions. I wouldn't risk my money in a casino with such a policy. They could have given me that bonus and then changed the rules. For them, 10 euros is ridiculous money. But apparently, their reputation is even cheaper. And they didn't even apologize! A very strange casino.

The design is good but they will not pay your winnings by asking you impossible to provide things, exemple: to verify my account they asked me to provide a notarized document, what even is that, after arguing they just validated my account.

Long story short: deposited 100 euros took the 20% bonus without any "wager condition", went up to 944e got all my winning deleted cause apparently you cant bet more than 7,5e at once, deposited 150e without bonus, won 688e and tried to cash it out and now they blocked my account and ask me to provide a picture of the cashlib voucher (used a while ago since my withdrawal was pending for 9 days) that I can't provide so they basically asked for something impossible to provide at this point.

Brilliant selection of games and the customer service is very good.
