I registered to see what's up with this casino because I started to get emails from them I don't know from where and how they got my email.

I told them to close my account, After they "closed" it, I receive every 2 days 2 promotional mails from this casino, I contacted them once and twice to stop the spam but very strange in my account before closing I had all notifications off but I still got the spam.

After 2nd time telling them via live chat to stop the spam I still get their promotional mails so I reported them to their Curacao licensor and contacted them via livechat 3rd time to stop, they said from now I won't get anymore mails.

If I do get any more mails from them.... I will complain to their domain registrar for spam and to be taken down and closed.

I think the payout is under standard. Customer Service is never available. I sent email to close my account no one is responding. I unsubscribed a 100 times and still get their email. Not recommended

Have a lot of games

Well, where do I start, first of all even if the casino has a lot of games most of them are restricted to my country, this is the first time that I cannot play elk games..
I manage to get a big win 3000 Euros, Completed the wagger try to withdraw and then the problems starts:
- Took them over a week to review my documents and approved my account.
- After my account was approved, I withdraw, and took them over 2 weeks, with me asking everyday what was happening, to let me know that I broke one of their rules and my account will be closed and blocked from playing.
- The rule was that even after I finished the welcome bonus wagger I could not even bet more than 7 euros... when the waggering was done.. Never heard of another casino to have this rule before.
And finally if they closed and locked my account they have to return the deposit that I made at the start, still waiting for their response but their live chat support is at best mediocre, they just disconect if they dont have an answer, they make you wait over 10 min for answer a simple question, and their financial department is not responding at all.

Alright I have been making a review last week, as you see I had withdrawal running. I'm still waiting for my money.

Communications after withdrawal is such a mess! The finance department isn't even replying on emails.

Have been making a withdrawal on the 26th of December and according the rules it's within 48hours,

Hello after depositing 75EUROS I was lucky and won 900 since tuesday morning I sent all documents to

I have already made 3 deposits at Magical Spin Casino, made a small win with my 2nd deposit, and got paid 2 days later, together with KYC approval. Not too bad. Another good thing is that there are no deposit fees for deposits or withdrawals either.

However, there are still several things that aren't that good with the casino. The wagering requirement on the welcome package is a high 35x deposit+bonus, the minimum deposit required to claim it is 25 EUR, again higher than usual, and the games selection isn't that good either - no Microgaming, no Play'nGo, no Quickspin, amongst others. Fans of Pragmatic Play, EGT, Endorphina, Elk Studios, GameArt would not be so disappointed though. I'm not a fan of them.

Well, Magical Spin Casino should make some changes to their rules in order to be more popular with players. Minimum deposit is 10 EUR, which is good, but 25 EUR to claim any bonus is a bit too high.

Nothing, they are very bad, I don't recommend them to anyone.

Poor game selection... Poor withdrawals options and flexibility. I asked them to freeze my winnings until I can withdraw my funds and go through any ID verifications but they don't couldn't assist me with that. They said they don't offer it. The promotional emails that I get from this Magical Spin Casino are always in a foreign language. Maybe they think I'm one of them, hahaha, Just kidding of course. Anyway, each and every time I get their promo, I had to get Google to translate it for me. Thank god Google is my friend, hahaha.

Well, there's nothing that special or great about their promotional offer though. It's just a no-deposit 7 EUR free chip to try out the casino and some games, or just one game, to be more precise. You'd be damn lucky if that 7 EUR could allow you to play on more than one game. With that little amount of bonus money, it wouldn't even last to warm up my butts, hahaha.

Okay, so one day, I finally decided to visit their website and do some finger walking and browsing. Not too bad, this casino. The layout was satisfactory, navigation around the various webpages was without too much lags or hangs, but the selection of games wasn't really to my liking. Why? Well, there are games from NetEnt, which I no longer like, there are games from Elk Studios, which I usually turn away from, and there are also games from NextGen, but only one or two of their games are to my liking. As for all the other games from Endorphina, GameArt, iSoftBet, and whatever, none of them have become one of my favourites as yet. So, personally for me, the games selection sucks!

Browsing through their promotions, Bonus Terms and T&Cs, well, I can say that they aren't as bad as some others, but aren't as good as some others either. What I dislike most, is when I reached the part that lists out numerous countries that are not allowed to make withdrawals from the no-deposit bonus, and my country is one of them. Argh! Why allow to take the no-deposit bonus if not allowed to make any withdrawals from its winnings? That would only disappoint those affected. They have Starburst which is one of my favourite games.

Really strange, dodgy casino. Have to go through a few menus to find out their contact details. Have contacted them twice about closing my account and still haven't received a reply. No responsible gaming section or settings section. I feel stupid for depositing here. Feel like I have wasted my money on a non-reputable casino, even though I checked the reviews on AG before depositing.

Ok so, this casino is simply the best regarding the wide game selection (I read something like more than 2000 games but I didn't check). I have to say I'm really impressed. I like the environment, very intuitive and looks like it's all built in ONE web page, which makes things going faster. My internet connection is not that fast and I have to say, this helps a lot.

A lot of promotions, customer service helpful and quite fast to answer. I did a mistake I didn't claim bonus before my deposit (I thought it was automatic) then they granted me the bonus manually.

After my 3rd deposit (€150) I made €1050 winning on Neon Reels. After sending my documentation (2 days verification), I got the money directly through my Visa 48h later. So I don't know what people are talking about regarding the maximum cash out 500/ week ?? I got mine in one shot after 2 days.

Only thing is, living in Australia, I often got the customer service closed by the time I log in (they works in Europe) They should provide a 24h customer service for others) But since most of the bonus and promotion are managed by players I guess its ok.

Wide selection of slots and they accually have several of the good ones.

48h verification process (with other needs than usual) + several days of withdraw time. Withdrawal limits of 500EUR/week if you are not VIP. Hard to lock yourself out or make deposit limits. (They obviously abuse gambling addiction). Rude/careless support.

31 July I asked chat how to make a deposit limit of 50EUR a month or likewise. I was told I couldn't, but I could do a 100EU/week. That's was way more than I wanted to, so I asked for 10EUR/week. I was told to send a mail to [email protected] which I did at 21.29. (At this point I had already deposit way over 10EUR/week, so a activation should block me from deposit right away.

Then roughly 23hours later, I was caught in a gambling moment at tried to deposit (which I obviously shouldn't be able to) but my deposit was accepted. Thankfully I made myself write to live chat right away why this was possible since it was almost 24h since I sent the deposit limit mail. I was told that my account was preclosure and he asked me if I wanted to close my account???? Of frustration I said yes - but then he asked me to send a mail to support!!!! (Again).. This was the point where I lost it... I told him no, and I wanted a closure now. Adam (the support agent) then told me he couldn't and I could just log out and don't log in and gamble - that wasn't so hard. (A casino knows that a person with gaming addiction cant control this).

We the discussed this matter for some time, and only when I said that I was unhappy with it, and would make a review at this site, then he suddenly could close my account.....??????? At this point it was obvious he didn't want me to and was afraid of the chat, so I copied and screenshot the whole chat - thankfully - because 1 or 2 minutes later they blocked me from the chat and I couldn't open it again. (And I know the chat was working, since I tried on a VPN on another ip in another browser).

I have tried like 50 casinos here and there, live and online - but this experience was really bad.

I would never recommend this casino to anyone. Bad withdrawal conditions, rude live chat, extremely slow self-exclution/deposit limits.

Regarding the deposit limit you asked, I believe we did answer you quickly about that saying minimum deposit limit could be €100 / Week at least, then you replied that you wanted a 10€ / Week which is not possible regarding our policy as we already mentioned.

I don't think we ever told you that your account is limited to €10 / Week, that explains you were still able to proceed deposit.

About the closure account, there is a process where the player must send an e-mail to [email protected], a Live Chat support agent can't proceed to such a thing by his own.

But still, when he was chatting with you and he understood how much you really wanted to close your account he then directly asked to his superior to proceed. Your account was closed within the 5-minutes conversation you had with him.

Again we are always available to discuss and I believe we really are open mind, but regarding certain thing like closure account process, we must follow the policy and keep it clear for the better of everyone.
