Quit okay Casino I would say for German speaker. What I like is the game range from all the different game providers. Deposits and withdrawals have been easy and average fast.

Only think I did not like a lot was that with most payment methods the minimum deposit was 25 EUR which is not so common. For me it has never been a problem as I always deposit more but I know there are many people that just play 10 EUR or 20 EUR.

I like everything about them. Fast at everything and especially if the luck is on your side ;) the live casino has variety of providers. Live support is fine but they are limited to Finnish and English languages only.

They have alot of providers and slots.
Nothing else i noticed.

If you want to just deposit and never withdraw play here. It is my only casino where I haven't had any withdrawals.
Slots take hundreds and hundreds of spins to bonus at the points it seems fiddled with and it's not even fun anymore
RTP is terrible.

My go-to Casino.

I like an excellent casino for playing games as well as sports betting. More good providers here too. Great casino. Nice simple layout and games run very smoothly. But the most important thing I want from a casino is a fast withdrawal and that’s the only setback for me at this casino. It’s fair to say that I’m used to play at a casino with lightning fast withdrawals (99% within an hour and a lot of them even in minutes). Now I’m waiting already for several hours on a withdrawal and I find that annoying, but maybe I’m behaving now like a spoiled child ;)

Lots of ways to deposit so they can eventually take your money

1. It takes ages, on average 15 minutes, to contact the chat
2. Something seemed a little fishy to me on the RTP of the slots. i don't know if i was extremely unlucky but on a sample of 2000 euros i was never able to build a bankroll. For withdrawals there is no mention i was never able to withdraw from depositing
3. The bonuses are just funny to me. When they give you for example a free 20 euro bonus the requirements are around 100Xand on top of that you can only withdraw a maximum of 100euros. This means even if you get extremely lucky you can only withdraw 100euros so what is the point?
4. i had a personal experience on the free bonus. i was able to get through the requirements i withdrew the 100 euros but i then received an email that i made some bets for over 5euros which i wasn't allowed to do and that the amount was not going to be credited to me. (Most casinos now warn you about things like this but not lapalingo.) My problem wasn't of course resolved and the money went missing but the biggest problem was that they never ever replied to me. I asked them why i tried reaching them but i had no answer from them which seems completely unprofessional for me.
5. The WORST casino i ever played online and i have been playing for almost 10 years now. Stay away!
6. The live chat is very rude. I just permanently closed my account on lapalingo and the support was horrible to me not to mention that while we were talking she just closed the chat.
Also second and one of the most important things that something is wrong with lapalingo. They are talking fees when you are withdrawing money. for example if you withdraw 100euros they will take 1 euro from your withdrawal as fee claiming is for the payment provider which i never found in any other casino ever!!!

I registered with Lapalingo and got € 6900 to pay. It is not apparent during the entire game when I played with the real money and when with the bonus, inquiries during support run into the empty. Last but not least, you will not get an answer anymore. So I wanted to pay 5000 € from the 6900 €, a little later came a message that I will retain the entire amount, although the bonus was implemented. It could not and I did not want to be shown what proportion of my real money in what amount is within the balance to at least get this share back.
The Staff in the live Chat is real rude.
They dont want to clear the Problem for a good Result for both

-Lots of promos and they have free $10 promo every few days for people who make review of a slot of the week
-Quick payouts and very painless and fast verification
-Minimum deposit of $10 is also very lowroller friendly and their 200% welcome bonus, while having a pretty steep wagering, is still doable and gives you lots of playtime for your money.

If you play without bonuses and dont care about bonuses that much there is really not much to dislike. Its a great place. But if you do play with bonuses its a bit different imo because their bonus wagering is on the high side (35x bonus + deposit) and free spins winnings have enormous wagering req of 70x or 75x cant remember now as i dont take their free spins at all because of said wagering.

With a little more player friendly wagering requirements they could be THE casino, and one of top 5-10 casinos out there but because of it, i dont really play there often and its not one of my main casinos.

Still a great and safe place to play, without bonuses. Because of it it gets 8 instead of 9 or 10 stars.
