Well there r a lot of gaming providers, live casino and sportsbook. Which is quite good.

Well there r a few big problems on this site.
- A lot of "internal Errors" at Slots. But the problem is they r not able to fix this in an normal period. Sometimes u simply cant play the slot anymore for a whole day. Especially on weekend they got some big problems.
- Sometimes u have to wait too long to get back ur winnings of won bets to ur account. Last time they needed 25 minutes after the last game on the bet slip was finished. Especially a problem if u wanna do some live-bets then. Cause after such a period theres nothing left to bet anymore.
- As I said before: Especially on weekends they got a lot of technical problems. Sometimes u make some bets but because of an internal problem u simply cant see ur made betting slips anymore till monday. Thats not acceptable in anyway.
- Very very bad bonusrules and simply nothing for loyality.
This site got a lot of potential. Support is good and they offer good games and sportsbook. But they have to fix this technical problems on weekends. And a fair loyality program is a must today.

Made my first deposit but didn't get the welcome bonus, contacted support and they told me I had to enter a bonus code so my question was where I can find this bonus code, "all over the internet" was there answer... whats that for a stupid answer!!!

Instead they asked me to deliver ID documents. Request for KYC documents is normal but this is the first time ever I see that casino that does not allow to ask for withdrawal before KYC documents are accepted. As per checking today my documents are still pending for approval since yesterday.

I would like to give feedback about the solution with the support concerning my first review of Lapalingo.
The friendly support contacted me about the issue with the chat-agent and apologized.
They promised to improve the chat experience for customers and also gave me a bonus to play with.
Plus, when I played with the bonus there were no technical issues anymore, aside from a few slots running a bit slow.
I haven't contacted the chat again, but if things have improved I will be happy to play at Lapalingo again.

The technical errors/bugs and the unfriendly support.
Sudden disconnections from slots over and over again, slots crashing and removing parts of the credit that are added an hour later.
I still got the emails from the support about these issues in which the support was somewhat friendly - unlike the chat.
In spite of reporting the problems to the support and getting their responses, the technical problems remained.
One of the worst things is the very unfriendly chat-support and also the fact that the support is often unavaivable.
I had a very weird experience with the chat-agent Nina, who refused to answer my friendly question about the current bonus.
All I wanted to know is if there was a max cashout on a 100% bonus offer (which was the first better bonus offer in over a year) because I could not find anything in the bonus terms for this bonus.
I always read the terms very carefully and since I've read dozens of reviews about their bonus terms and allegedly max. cahsouts, I wanted to make sure about this specific question before depositing.
Nina was unfriendly right from the beginning and just copy and paste-"answered" my question with the general bonus rules.
I told her that I could not find anything about it in the rules and she still refused to answer my question but simply closed the chat on me.
So I opened the chat again and asked politely for an answer or to be please connected to another chat agent.
She sent me again the link to the bonus rules and I politely asked her to please connect me to her superior, to which she replied that nobody else was there and that I could write an email.
I asked for her superior and/or an answer again.
She closed the chat again and prevented me from using the chat at all since there is no chat for me available anymore.
I can't believe what happened! I was friendly and polite (I received a copy of the chat) and all I wanted to know was a tiny little answer to my question about the current bonus.
No idea why she refused to answer and why was so extermely rude. This is no way of treating customers at all!
And due to that I have decided to not deposit at that casino ever again.
As a customer I need to know that the support is there to help, not to dismiss important questions and to ignore the customer.
