Good morning,

Despite having a verified account, a history of numerous deposits and withdrawals, and the HotSlots terms stating a three-business-day timeframe for processing withdrawals, I have not yet received my funds; the withdrawal is still listed as "in progress."

I have contacted support via chat multiple times, but the answers are always the same: "please wait," "the matter has been referred to the payments department," etc.

I am asking for your support and assistance in getting my withdrawal processed.

HotSlots Casino payment delayed

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal of approximately 290,000 HUF from HotSlots Casino.

I requested the withdrawal 9 business days ago. HotSlots states that withdrawals are normally processed within 3 business days, but my withdrawal is still pending after three times that period.

I have contacted HotSlots customer support several times regarding the delay. They have acknowledged that the withdrawal has not yet been processed and explained that their Financial Department is experiencing a technical issue caused by a high number of withdrawal requests.

However, despite repeatedly contacting them, they have been unable to provide me with any specific date or timeframe for when my withdrawal will actually be processed.

I understand that occasional technical problems and delays can occur, and I have been patient throughout the process. However, waiting 9 business days for a withdrawal that is stated to take approximately 3 business days, while receiving no concrete timeframe for payment, is becoming extremely concerning.

I have previously experienced delayed withdrawals with HotSlots as well, although those were eventually paid. I therefore hope that this issue can also be resolved quickly.

I can provide screenshots and correspondence with HotSlots showing the pending withdrawal and their responses regarding the delay.

I am simply requesting that HotSlots process and pay my pending withdrawal of approximately 290,000 HUF as soon as possible.

In their latest response, HotSlots explicitly confirmed that they are currently unable to process withdrawal requests due to technical difficulties and that they cannot provide any timeframe for when my withdrawal will be processed.

My account is fully verified (KYC completed), all funds originate from legitimate gameplay, and no bonus terms have been breached.

Initial Requests (30.07.2026): On 30.07.2026, I submitted two withdrawal requests totaling 15,000.00 PLN:

HotSlots claims to be experiencing technical difficulties with processing withdrawals, and this issue has been ongoing for over two weeks now without any resolution or clear timeframe.

Breach of Terms and Conditions
According to Section 26 and general payout terms on hotslots.io, the maximum processing time for withdrawals is 72 hours. The operator has grossly exceeded this contractual limit, holding my funds without justification.

One week delayed withdrawal

On 19th Of July i wanted to make a withdrawal of 665euros.Usually takes up to 3 working days like they promise. But it started with "we have up to 3 days".On the 3rd day they said they have technical problemes and that they cant give me any time frame when this could be resolved. I havent used any bonuses this time and my profile is fully verified.
What makes weird for me that people had problems before me(in May, June) when ive made a withdrawal with no problems and the deposits and playing is still possible now. i find it really unfair that they are saying to me that are not able to say when payments will be possible but have no problems with deposits.

Four withdrawals pending for over one week

I am submitting a complaint regarding four delayed withdrawals from HotSlots Casino.

I currently have four pending withdrawals:

* 20,000 HUF

* 15,000 HUF

* 26,974 HUF

The total outstanding amount is 76,974 HUF.

The oldest withdrawal requests have been pending for over one week, although the casino states that withdrawals should be processed within a maximum of three days. All four requests are still shown as pending or “In Progress”.

On Monday, I received an automated notification from HotSlots acknowledging that withdrawals were delayed and asking me to be patient. However, no payment or meaningful update has followed.

I also attempted to contact the casino through the support email address displayed on their website, but the email was returned because the address could not be found or was unable to receive messages. I have therefore been unable to obtain any explanation or assistance from the casino.

I have not cancelled the withdrawal requests because I do not want the processing period to restart. I am requesting that HotSlots immediately process all four withdrawals and provide a clear explanation for the delay.

I can provide screenshots of the pending withdrawals, the delay notification, and the undeliverable support email as evidence.

On 31 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 540,000 HUF from my Hotslots casino account. As of today, 8 June 2026, the withdrawal has not been processed or received in my bank account.

The support is not willing to give any specific information about the reason, sometimes they refer to a technical problem. (which they refuse to specify, and I know of a Hungarian player who already received his payment request after October 9)

Sometimes they cite too many pending payments.

Sometimes, too high an amount is the source of the problem.

I am asking for your help, because the casino's support is not willing to give any concrete answers, they do not offer a solution (another payment method, for example), and this can be postponed indefinitely.

Sorry but there is nothing positive to say about this casino, the worst gaming experience I have ever had in any online casino, just stay away from this casino, Warning: Keep Out

The worst casino I have ever played, slots RTP really sucks maybe less than 10%, I deposited $90 the first time with a 150% bonus, I had $225 in my balance, but to my surprise I could only play in 5 providers out of 22 providers available at this casino and 50% of the slot machines were not working, and these 5 providers are the worst on the gaming market, I lost my first deposit + bonus or $225 in less than 30mn with a bet not exceeding $0.60 a spin and without having a single bonus round or free spin on every slots I have played, so I decided to give this casino a second chance by making a second deposit of $56 with a 200% bonus, I tried to contact the online support about the problem with the slot machine that didn't work, but yet another surprise there's no support online, so I wrote an offline message, and like the first deposit I lost quickly the $ 168 from my second deposit without having any fun, really the worst gaming experience I have ever had in all my life as an online casino player since 1997, if you wanna lose your money quickly and without having any fun I recommend this casino, it is top in terms of loss, it is my duty to warn the other players, Warning : keep out

They are polite and helpful. The casino site works quite smoothly, even though I don't like the very dark theme that much. I received all of my withdrawals. You can't cancel your withdrawal yourself on the site (at least on your cell), which is good imo.
My documents got verified pretty fast, like within a day.
It's easy to set up your own limits on your profile or take a break.
Everything seems legit to me. They have my fav few NetEnt games, which is pretty much everything I want and need.

The withdrawals take 3 business days to get processed, which is unnecessary imo. They only have bonuses for 2 of your first deposits; after that, you won't get anything extra from them - no fs, no cashback or bonus money to play with, no nothing. Just playing with your own raw cash and that's it, and if you lose it, you lose it. They also don't have any kind of VIP program etc. What about rewarding your loyal customers somehow, like the other casinos do too?
The chat isn't open at night, but you can send email and receive an answer usually the next day.
This casino is just too unrewarding & boring for me - there are casinos with rebate and/or cashback, as well as many other VIP advantages/benefits for loyal customers & high rollers, so I'll just move on to the next one.
