On 31 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 540,000 HUF from my Hotslots casino account. As of today, 8 June 2026, the withdrawal has not been processed or received in my bank account.
I have already contacted Hotslots customer support via email regarding this issue, but I have not received a satisfactory response or any clear timeline for the payment.
According to the casino’s withdrawal policy, payments should be processed within a reasonable timeframe. However, more than a week has already passed without any progress or confirmation of the payment status.
I have complied with all terms and conditions, and my account is fully verified (if applicable, you can adjust this part). There are no active bonuses or restrictions that I am aware of which would justify this delay.
