Dear Askgamblers,


Description of the problem:

The amount of money requested at Hotslots casino on October 9 has not been reviewed to date.

The general terms and conditions specify 3 working days for this.

The support is not willing to give any specific information about the reason, sometimes they refer to a technical problem. (which they refuse to specify, and I know of a Hungarian player who already received his payment request after October 9)

Sometimes they cite too many pending payments.

Sometimes, too high an amount is the source of the problem.

I am asking for your help, because the casino's support is not willing to give any concrete answers, they do not offer a solution (another payment method, for example), and this can be postponed indefinitely.

the casino paid me today, and transferred all pending payouts to my account. Thus, I consider the problem closed for my part. In addition, an improvement and efficiency-enhancing suggestion for the casino 's management:
