Dear AskGamblers Team,

I requested a withdrawal of 180,000 HUF from HotSlots Casino 9 days ago.

Despite the time passed, my withdrawal has still not been processed or paid out. Whenever I contact support, they keep telling me that they are experiencing technical issues with payment providers. However, 9 days is an unacceptable delay for a payout.

My account is fully verified and there are no outstanding issues on my side. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and getting my funds transferred as soon as possible.

Delayed withdrawal of 1600 PLN

On August 19, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,600 PLN from my HotSlots9.io account.

According to Section 26 of HotSlots General Terms & Conditions, the maximum processing timeframe for a withdrawal is 3 business days (up to 72 hours). As of today, 16 days have passed, and my payout is still pending.

I have contacted support multiple times via email. The support team informed me that the delay is caused by "unforeseen technical difficulties" and stated that they cannot provide any estimated timeframe for when my funds will be processed. They also suggested filing a formal complaint.

Holding player funds indefinitely due to internal technical issues is a direct breach of the casino’s own Terms and Conditions. As a regular and loyal player who has never had issues before, I am deeply concerned by this situation.

Requested Outcome:

I request HotSlots9.io to manually process and pay out my pending withdrawal of 1,600 PLN to my account without further delay.

Despite having a verified account, a history of numerous deposits and withdrawals, and the HotSlots terms stating a three-business-day timeframe for processing withdrawals, I have not yet received my funds; the withdrawal is still listed as "in progress."

I have contacted support via chat multiple times, but the answers are always the same: "please wait," "the matter has been referred to the payments department," etc.

I am asking for your support and assistance in getting my withdrawal processed.

HotSlots Casino payment delayed

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal of approximately 290,000 HUF from HotSlots Casino.

I requested the withdrawal 9 business days ago. HotSlots states that withdrawals are normally processed within 3 business days, but my withdrawal is still pending after three times that period.

I have contacted HotSlots customer support several times regarding the delay. They have acknowledged that the withdrawal has not yet been processed and explained that their Financial Department is experiencing a technical issue caused by a high number of withdrawal requests.

However, despite repeatedly contacting them, they have been unable to provide me with any specific date or timeframe for when my withdrawal will actually be processed.

I understand that occasional technical problems and delays can occur, and I have been patient throughout the process. However, waiting 9 business days for a withdrawal that is stated to take approximately 3 business days, while receiving no concrete timeframe for payment, is becoming extremely concerning.

I have previously experienced delayed withdrawals with HotSlots as well, although those were eventually paid. I therefore hope that this issue can also be resolved quickly.

I can provide screenshots and correspondence with HotSlots showing the pending withdrawal and their responses regarding the delay.

I am simply requesting that HotSlots process and pay my pending withdrawal of approximately 290,000 HUF as soon as possible.

In their latest response, HotSlots explicitly confirmed that they are currently unable to process withdrawal requests due to technical difficulties and that they cannot provide any timeframe for when my withdrawal will be processed.

Unlawful Withdrawal Delays Exceeding 72h Limit

My account is fully verified (KYC completed), all funds originate from legitimate gameplay, and no bonus terms have been breached.

Initial Requests (30.07.2026): On 30.07.2026, I submitted two withdrawal requests totaling 15,000.00 PLN:
10,000.00 PLN (requested at 23:26 CEST)
5,000.00 PLN (requested at 23:27 CEST)
Cancellation and Re-submission Due to Delays: Due to the prolonged delay and lack of execution from the casino, I subsequently cancelled the 5,000.00 PLN withdrawal request, continued gameplay with those funds, won additional money, and placed two new withdrawal requests on 10.08.2026:

Current Active Pending Withdrawals (Total: 24,000.00 PLN): As of today (13.08.2026), three withdrawal requests remain unpaid with the status (Withdrawals in Progress) in my user panel:
10,000.00 PLN requested on 30.07.2026 – Pending for 14 days (Overdue by 11+ days).
10,000.00 PLN requested on 10.08.2026 – Exceeding the maximum 72-hour limit.
4,000.00 PLN requested on 10.08.2026 – Exceeding the maximum 72-hour limit.

HotSlots claims to be experiencing technical difficulties with processing withdrawals, and this issue has been ongoing for over two weeks now without any resolution or clear timeframe.

Breach of Terms and Conditions
According to Section 26 and general payout terms on hotslots.io, the maximum processing time for withdrawals is 72 hours. The operator has grossly exceeded this contractual limit, holding my funds without justification.

One week delayed withdrawal

On 19th Of July i wanted to make a withdrawal of 665euros.Usually takes up to 3 working days like they promise. But it started with "we have up to 3 days".On the 3rd day they said they have technical problemes and that they cant give me any time frame when this could be resolved. I havent used any bonuses this time and my profile is fully verified.
What makes weird for me that people had problems before me(in May, June) when ive made a withdrawal with no problems and the deposits and playing is still possible now. i find it really unfair that they are saying to me that are not able to say when payments will be possible but have no problems with deposits.
I have saved all my conversations with their support and also screenshot of withdrawal and proof of my profile being fully verified(in case you need it).

Four withdrawals pending for over one week

I am submitting a complaint regarding four delayed withdrawals from HotSlots Casino.

I currently have four pending withdrawals:

* 20,000 HUF

* 15,000 HUF

* 26,974 HUF

The total outstanding amount is 76,974 HUF.

The oldest withdrawal requests have been pending for over one week, although the casino states that withdrawals should be processed within a maximum of three days. All four requests are still shown as pending or “In Progress”.

On Monday, I received an automated notification from HotSlots acknowledging that withdrawals were delayed and asking me to be patient. However, no payment or meaningful update has followed.

I also attempted to contact the casino through the support email address displayed on their website, but the email was returned because the address could not be found or was unable to receive messages. I have therefore been unable to obtain any explanation or assistance from the casino.

I have not cancelled the withdrawal requests because I do not want the processing period to restart. I am requesting that HotSlots immediately process all four withdrawals and provide a clear explanation for the delay.

I can provide screenshots of the pending withdrawals, the delay notification, and the undeliverable support email as evidence.

Description of the problem:

The amount of money requested at Hotslots casino on October 9 has not been reviewed to date.

The general terms and conditions specify 3 working days for this.

The support is not willing to give any specific information about the reason, sometimes they refer to a technical problem. (which they refuse to specify, and I know of a Hungarian player who already received his payment request after October 9)

Sometimes they cite too many pending payments.

Sometimes, too high an amount is the source of the problem.

I am asking for your help, because the casino's support is not willing to give any concrete answers, they do not offer a solution (another payment method, for example), and this can be postponed indefinitely.
