Good selection of games. That's pretty much all I can say that's good. You can find a lot of netent and microgaming slots but so many better casinos to go to instead.
Do not sign up with this casino. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has taken 11 days for them to process my withdrawals. I have had to chase them up on at least 7 occasions on live chat and via email. At one point, they simply disabled my live chat because I was asking them questions they just couldn't answer. They deliberately made the whole withdrawal process as slow as possible. Before my withdrawal, I was told I was fully verified. After I withdrew I was suddenly told me that I wasn't. Then that process to another 72 hours. Avoid at all costs.

It was pure luck, really, that I came to the site of Genesis Casino. And as you can`t gamble without registration, I have decided to practice on Demo first. I sang up in a few days, put the floor rate 5$ and gambled all my money the same day. A few days later I wanted to play again, put the floor rate once more, make the little pots, the minimum rate of 5 cents, I decided not to increase yet. Solid selection of games, had some good wins here. 100% deposit bonuses pop up every now and again. I hit VIP status, there are some nice perks that come with it and Jake my account manager is a top guy.
I can deal with an up to 48hr wait for withdrawals - not the fastest but not the slowest either, and it is often processed quicker. But I would like to be able to lock withdrawals.

- Even when verified the payments will take two days, they keep their promises for "within 48h" but it still annoying to wait two whole days as many other casinos process your withdrawal request very fast. I also have a bad habit of cancelling the withdraw if it takes too long and keep playing, usually losing most of the wins.
- Got call from them which I don't usually answer ( I just decline all calls from numbers I don't know, but was expecting call from local authority) and she boasted their improved withdrawal times, with deposit bonus waiting on me. For me playing at a casino there are a few important factors of which the withdrawel process the most important.
1. Withdrawal process
The withdrawal process of this casino is way to long. As I understood from their live support they should process a withdrawal for 48 hours, most of the time its between 46 and 48 hours. I have experienced this with almost all my withdrawals. If you are unlucky it can take even longer. In my opinion this is way to long, there is no reason to stall a withdrawal if a player has been verified. The only reason for stalling a payment so long is in my opinion a stalling tactic. It’s really disappointing.
2. Verification process
For the verification process they state 72 hours. In my experience it was indeed about 72 hours, also way to long.
There are bigger casinos out there whose process withdrawals and verifying the account goes way faster. If they improve this factors it would be a really good casino.
Furthermore they have blocked play n go slots for dutch players. I hope they will change this, because their slot range isn’t very big.
I also saw a complaint at AskGamblers of which the casino didn't respond, this is really not a good sign.
Based upon my experience I would not recommend playing at this casino, except if you don't have any problems with waiting for your withdrawal for so long.

The choice of games and the simple navigation of the site. I must admit I was a bit aphrehensive when reading the reviews, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. No problem with my first withdrawal 48 hours to check but that is pretty standard with most gaming sites.
