Still no verification and sign from my withdrawal after a month of waiting

Dear all, since the 06.05.20 im gonna try to cash out my winnings of 2.900 EUR.

Since that day I have send 4x my ecopayz details, the details that this card belongs to me + the details with my ecopayz account number.

I have send, my ID card + Utility bill as well..

I went to the chat 7x in the past month, always it was said, u documents has been checked wait for verifications. 3x this happened, that the chat operators have been asking seriously, if I have send the ecopayz details of my account already, yes I did!

Today I went once again to the chat, I can't believe it tbh.. they were asking me again if I uploaded ecopayz details.. I said yes,4 times already.

They checked again with the financial department, now they come, after almost one month since the 06.05.20, that this is ok but they need more, an paper from ecopayz, that this account belongs to me?!

I mean, seriously, I can't believe that, they got my ID card, my whole online ecopayz, where is clearly showing off, that this account belongs to my name, I have registered in the casino + on the id + on the eco details + the utility bill... and now honestly they telling me to talk to ecopayz that they send me and paper to my home, that this account belongs to me? What is here going on? After one month, they asking like this?

Come on all, please, don't make it so difficult for an player who one a lots of money in ur casino, highly doubt this KYC procedure how they treating players, who paying money to play and after they won something, that its gonna be so difficult, for no reason.

Everything its proved.

Please sort this problem asap out, verify finally my account and cash out my winnings.

Confiscated winnings without explaining anything

I registered in Gaming Club Casino on April 12, made my first deposit of $100 got a welcom bonus and lost. Then I made the second deposit of $100, got a second bonus, played for a few weeks and won. I carefully read the terms, I did not violate anything. I fulfilled bonus requirements and withdrew $1320. They asked for notarized copies of the passport, I sent them. After that, on May 3, they confiscated the winning including deposit and blocked my account without explaining anything. It seems clearly as a fraud! Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team, help me please.

Stalling my payment for over a month!

I took out a withdrawal on the 6th of April 2015 with gaming club sending in the required information as requested. Since then there have been excuses after excuses in the payment not being sent to my bank account. For example the account number is wrong. The account number I sent was correct even supplying the Swift code and other required details. I even sent in a copy of my statement to which a new excuse was made in that it wasn't sent in PDF. Well it was as it's the only reliable format. The gaming club also stated they had been trying to get hold of me. I had received no phone call or email from them for days since I sent the statement in. Seems funny they can email me and call me with bonus offers. Today is the 3rd of May 2015. Almost a month since making the withdrawal. I'm not impressed since they state that payments will be made within 5 to 10 days

The Gaming Club - Account Re-opened even after a gambling problem was confirmed

I clearly have a gambling problem and this was stated through the online chat feature after already losing $15000 over the course of 2 days. I said that the casino had "ruined my life" in my own words and financially killed me, they in turn closed my account. After this i get a call from the casino 2 days after, who still offer a $500 bonus if i am happy to re-open my account, yes i sent in documents confirming my ID etc...but the vein in doing this is evil! The Gaming Club have reined my financial life, and i lost another $15000 - they are preying on the vulnerable and are in complete breach of exclusion policies., I have now lost $30000 in 1 week. This should not have happened and they are not accountable to any degree.

i was playing in gaming club casino, river belle casino, jackpot city casino and lucky nugget casino while i didnt win there was no problems but when i won and ask the withdraw they sey that im a multiplayer and they will not to pay me!!! Gaming Club voided 2000 GBP, closed my ccount

Gaming Club has gone to great lengths to make it difficult to correspond with them on anything, that's the first reason I'm posting here.

Second is, I've been a player there for over 6 years. I deposit, play, sometimes with a bonus, sometimes without, usually lose, sometimes win, etc. I deposited around 500 in 2013, received a 40-60% bonus, won the majority of my money on the roulette table, then played table games and slots, topped up my balance some more as it got lower and kept going.

Without any warning or notification, a withdrawal request for the amounts of my deposits was initiated (600) and sent back to me. The rest I presume was taken, given my account was locked.

Support gave no indication of what happened and I found no help or explanation. If I had broken a term in the bonus or Canada wasn't allowed to play as a country, I would understand. But no terms were broken and my winnings were won legitimately on their games and I deserve to be paid them.

I've been playing Starburst lately and I've enjoyed it the best out of all the slots. That's not to say that other games aren't as interesting. They are. But this one is very fun to see. However, the only other good game I know is Juicy Loot.

The games are fun and probably unique because I don't remember seeing them anywhere else, but the experience itself isn't really all that memorable. I suppose it's because the bonuses are lacking.

I have won some considerable jackpots and they did pay me. Up to just recently as my loyalty status went up, the bonus amounts would increase. I was up to 100% match bonus'.

I would like to know why my daily deals and match bonuses were stopped by management and they refused to tell me why as per their terms and conditions that I agree to when I signed on.

In addition to 100x wager, in different articles of the T&C the size of max allowed bet when playing with active bonus is indicated in different ways. Do not play this terrible casino!

Very misleading. Very annoying with phone calls nearly everyday just to try and conn you into depositing money.
Reading the reviews really opens my eyes. I've only ever deposited $20 of my own money into this account. Won over $100 to be told I actually need to spend over $1000 in gaming in order to do a withdraw aaand no bonus money should be in my account. The issue is, if you win money your bonus $$ increase. So technically your ...... . I wouldn't waste another dime on this place.

I also will mention, one of the girls that called me from the gaming club turned sour and bitchy after I told her no I wont be depositing any more money. I'm going to see if jackpot city is better then this scamming money haggling site. Farewell - Noush

typical microgaming casino, started well with alot of bonusses...

...but stopped pretty quickly, as only 15 % bonusses were enabled.

100x wager on these 15% bonuses, I find this pretty pretty ridiculous.
will never again play there, be careful for their bonus requirements

I've been a member for a while now and I like the pop up bonus they give you when your cash is running low. It always includes 20 free spins on a game that is a .25 or .30
Which is pretty helpful if your having some bad luck

Not the greatest fan of the chat staff.
