Confiscated winnings without explaining anything


I registered in Gaming Club Casino on April 12, made my first deposit of $100 got a welcom bonus and lost. Then I made the second deposit of $100, got a second bonus, played for a few weeks and won. I carefully read the terms, I did not violate anything. I fulfilled bonus requirements and withdrew $1320.
They asked for notarized copies of the passport, I sent them. After that, on May 3, they confiscated the winning including deposit and blocked my account without explaining anything.
It seems clearly as a fraud!

Still no verification and sign from my withdrawal after a month of waiting
Dear all, since the 06.05.20 im gonna try to cash out my winnings of 2.900 EUR.

Since that day I have send 4x my ecopayz details, the details that this card belongs to me + the details with my ecopayz account number.

I have send, my ID card + Utility bill as well..

I went to the chat 7x in the past month, always it was said, u documents has been checked wait for verifications. 3x this happened, that the chat operators have been asking seriously, if I have send the ecopayz details of my account already, yes I did!

Today I went once again to the chat, I can't believe it tbh.. they were asking me again if I uploaded ecopayz details.. I said yes,4 times already.

They checked again with the financial department, now they come, after almost one month since the 06.05.20, that this is ok but they need more, an paper from ecopayz, that this account belongs to me?!

I mean, seriously, I can't believe that, they got my ID card, my whole online ecopayz, where is clearly showing off, that this account belongs to my name, I have registered in the casino + on the id + on the eco details + the utility bill... and now honestly they telling me to talk to ecopayz that they send me and paper to my home, that this account belongs to me? What is here going on? After one month, they asking like this?

Come on all, please, don't make it so difficult for an player who one a lots of money in ur casino, highly doubt this KYC procedure how they treating players, who paying money to play and after they won something, that its gonna be so difficult, for no reason.

Everything its proved.

Please sort this problem asap out, verify finally my account and cash out my winnings.
