Gaming Club Casino - Still no verification and sign from my withdrawal after a month of waiting
Dear all, since the 06.05.20 im gonna try to cash out my winnings of 2.900 EUR.

Since that day I have send 4x my ecopayz details, the details that this card belongs to me + the details with my ecopayz account number.

I have send, my ID card + Utility bill as well..

I went to the chat 7x in the past month, always it was said, u documents has been checked wait for verifications. 3x this happened, that the chat operators have been asking seriously, if I have send the ecopayz details of my account already, yes I did!

Today I went once again to the chat, I can't believe it tbh.. they were asking me again if I uploaded ecopayz details.. I said yes,4 times already.

They checked again with the financial department, now they come, after almost one month since the 06.05.20, that this is ok but they need more, an paper from ecopayz, that this account belongs to me?!

I mean, seriously, I can't believe that, they got my ID card, my whole online ecopayz, where is clearly showing off, that this account belongs to my name, I have registered in the casino + on the id + on the eco details + the utility bill... and now honestly they telling me to talk to ecopayz that they send me and paper to my home, that this account belongs to me? What is here going on? After one month, they asking like this?

Come on all, please, don't make it so difficult for an player who one a lots of money in ur casino, highly doubt this KYC procedure how they treating players, who paying money to play and after they won something, that its gonna be so difficult, for no reason.

Everything its proved.

Please sort this problem asap out, verify finally my account and cash out my winnings.

They cause me a lot stress due to waiting for my biggest win so far of $75,000, they apparently paid it over 4 days on 4 different transactions, it usually goes into my bank account within 12 hours of them transferring the money back into my account, I waiting 11 days and when I ask to see the transaction receipe that they could not provide it, then they tell me that they are experiencing some difficulties with payments (11 freakin days after). Then email after email, calling them up they finally paid me some to neteller and the rest to bank a bit after.

I posted this in at first but some reason it did not show up so I have now posted it again.

Be careful the casino takes money out of your bank account without you knowing. I made a $200 deposit in my account then while I was playing they stole another $20 without me knowing and added to my balance to play. Their thief's do not play on gaming club.

And because my first account had been blocked without my consent,I wasted all day trying to resolve issue. After being assured by Matt a 2nd account is legal I opened up a second accountand I used the 1st deposit bonus on this 2nd account and was using my wife's card. After $1500 worth of depositsthey blocked her card as 3rd party and I found out that a second account and claiming the 1st time bonus plus 3rd party cardwould have ruined any chance of withdrawal. The machines were very quiet.

When I told customer service I felt mislead, and they should return some part if the money as compensation for being mislead by their support member plus the fact they allowed me to continue using this card knowing I would get done by terms and conditions.they downplayed it as communication mix up. I threatened to take the issue further to higher authorities in my anger, but have not done this yet. In 3 weeks I still I havnt heard back from them. No sorry, nothing.

They are happy to take $1000's off customers, but not provide the adequate support for a gaming site. It's a shame the customer service team lets down a site that games provide great entertainment. When I joined this casino they had a promotion for 30 free spins on Bust da Bank. When I saw the terms of the bonus I saw that Macedonia wasn’t eligible for them but I still made an account. Nothing special, normal Microgaming casino. 100% bonus on fist deposit like all other casinos.

I make withdrawal 16 days ago and still waiting my money. Support service apologize but don't help anything. Many details during process make me feel like they don't even wanna pay it. Lost emails, cannot pay credit card, mistype my bank account details etc etc. People make mistakes but when it happen again and again its not mistakes anymore.

About 2 weeks ago I became a member at Gaming Club casino. I did it for 2 reasons- I saw a promotion of 5 free spins on sign up and second- they have Microgaming software, which is one of my favorites. The bonus I saw was part of their welcome offer. On sign up you would get 5 free spins, on first deposit 15 and on second- 30 spins, all on Avalon.

First I downloaded their software, signed up and when I didn't see any free spins in my account, I contacted live support. Support was really nice, but unfortunately I was told that my region wasn't available for this offer. To make up for this, support offered to add some free spins on my deposit of at least 20€. My review will be about my experience in Gaming club Casino.
