Unprovoked change of bet issue not investigated properly
Dear friends,

I would like to share with you my incredible and sad experience.

I made a 100 EUR deposit in first decade of May, 2020 and everything was OK till...

I noticed a super strange changing of my bets during the Fruity 7 game. My bet spontaneously began changing from 0.25 to 125 and 150 during "Auto" mode (please see "screenshot 1" in attach. Note: the 4th column is a that spontaneously bets"). Unfortunately, I noticed that not immediately.

I sent a many emails about that issue and asked to investigate, but no any result till today. Just ignored!


There is a my first mail (Thu, May 7 at 3:03 PM):

"Dear support team,.

Thank you for your email.

It's easy to explain why I'm saying I did not make these bets.

I'm not a high-bets gambler. I have made a deposit 100 EUR usually and bet about 0.20-0.50 EUR during the different casino games.

You can check any session on my any game history.

But during my game session on "Fruity 7" (05-05-2020 at 21:12, approximately) something incredible happened.

I did not bet 1.2 EUR, 75 EUR and 125 EUR.

It's absolutely illogical to bet 75 EUR if I have 97.34 EUR, and to bet 150 EUR if I have 172.34 EUR...(please find attachment)

Sometimes I had balance 172.34 EUR, 159.59 EUR, 160.29 EUR during that game session. But it's not my real balance, I think. It should have been about 97 EUR I suppose.

Please investigate that issue.

I opened an account at Fruity Casino after seeing it was well reviewed here any elsewhere. They offer a bonus for new players and I deposited £30 and received a £45 bonus. After playing for a short while I won about £800 and then continued to play various other games. I had read all the terms and conditions before playing and was careful not to play any of their exlcuded games or break any other rules because I have had problems with casino terms and conditions before for. I submitted all my verification documents which were accepted, and requested a withdrawal the same day. This morning I have received the following email from the casino: Dear Matthew After a review of your account by our compliance and risk team, it has become clear that you are attempting to abuse promotions. As per clause 13.3 of the general terms and conditions http://www.fruitycasa.com/?page=terms the following actions have been taken. 1. Your account has now been terminated effective immediately. 2. Any remaining funds in your account have been returned to you. 3. You are banned from the group. If you attempt to open up any accounts on the network all transactions will be voided and deposits returned to you and accounts terminated. After the opening words, let's get to some of the things that appeals to me at first when I visit their site. The first thing I noticed is the great welcome bonus, which is 150% up to € 250 with which you also get 10 free spins on Gonzo's Quest slot machine. The minimum deposit required for this bonus is 20 €, and I was in line with its current capabilities paid € 60 and start the game with 150 € on your account. It was enough to try some new, as well as to return to the already tried slots from NetEnt offers.

I went with Starburst slot machines, where I selected bet per spin € 1. I must admit that started brightly in the first 5 spins I received around € 15, it's a good sign at the beginning of the game to continue at the same pace. After that I took the car-play 25 spins and lost 14 €, and then I decided to change my game, so I was on my bad luck started to play roulette. As it is, when I lost control, after a pair of missed red / black fields I started uncontrollably increasing role. It was a dumb idea because I was in a couple of minutes lost the entire bonus amount, but unfortunately is not that I have not stopped. They have e-mail and live chat support. The live chat support is available 24 hours every day of the week. I yet didn’t have the opportunity to test the Fruity Casa live chat support.

Now, when it comes to the cash-outs process I can’t say that Fruity Casa has fast process. The pending time can last up to 48 hours and the payment on some of the e-wallet service from 24 to 48 hours. All of this means that you can wait up to 4 days on your money.

On the other side, the welcome bonus offer is not bad. They have welcome bonus of 150% on first deposit + 10 free spins on Gonzo's Quest video slot. The wagering requirements are on the border of tolerance 35 x deposit + bonus. What I do not like about this bonus is that these wagering requirements are not valid for all slot games. For example, the wagering requirements on my favorite NetEnt video slot game Blood Suckers or the Dead or Live are several times higher, i.e. even 175 x deposit + bonus.

When it comes to the look of their website it is really good looking with easy navigation. I've joined this casino a few months ago. They then had in offer 10 free spins too, on some of the slot games. Unfortunately, I have not had success with these free spins but free chips are the best way to test an online casino. The chat feature seems good and staff is polite and is allegedly based in the UK.

The bonus features for games seem pitifully low as a lot g term player. The bonus rounds on several games seen suspiciously low eg Jack and the beanstalk slot. Multiple bonus spins features last night wins ranging from 0.98 to nothing, over £11?

Fruity casa is a quite new casino for me as I signed up there only last week. I was going through askgamblers list of new casinos (it makes my life so much easier to find a new casino or nice bonus using askgamblers) and saw that not only they have Netent software (and Betsoft too) but also that they offer 150% welcome bonus. I didn't check anything and just signed up. After email verification I got the 150% bonus promotion sent to my mail as well, so I made a 20€ deposit and claimed 30€ bonus, I didn't have any problems with that.

With a nice balance amount I started to play Gonzo's Quest. I placed 0.40€ bets and played 250 spins. Within them I received 1 time 10 free falls with a nice win of 32€, however, the rest of the spins gave me small wins, and I couldn't get another free fall bonus, so after the autoplay my balance was down for 10€.

After that I decided to play Steam Tower. I placed 0.45€ bets per spin and played 100 spins. Soon I received free spins and somehow I managed to climb up to 11th floor and receive a little under 40€ win. After the autoplay, I increased my bets to 0.90€ per spin which is unusual for me. I just wanted to get free spins with these kind of bets, I think the win could be really great, if I could climb high! Unfortunately I didn't get any more free spins, I did get a few nice wins around 6x bet, but my balance started to get smaller and playing with these bets eventually cleared my balance to 0. I guess if I had been more modest and had stayed only with minimum bets, the outcome might have been different.

I have came across Fruity Casa Casino at some other forum, showing banner, that they are giving 2 euros free chip juts to joined them. When I see some new Netent casino I am always eager to try this new casino and of course if free chip or free spins are included, I will gladly take their offer. When I joined there, well they still have that option I think, I used the quick sign up form, which i thought i will try them and later will fill all the personal info about me.

But that was then, I did sign up really quick took the 2 euros free chip, played Starburst slot, hoping that will raise my balance a bit, but Starburst didn't surprised me, like she did many, many times. So after that I forgot to fill my all personal info and that was it for that day. After 2-3 days later I got email from them, that I have 1 euro gratis in my account ready to be claimed, which right after I did. Then they were running some promo if you full fill the personal info they will reward you extra 2 euros, which I opened that page and start the full registering. But on my surprise I couldn't do that.
