No answer or verification

I would like to share with you my incredible and sad experience.

I made a 100 EUR deposit in first decade of May, 2020 and everything was OK till...

I noticed a super strange changing of my bets during the Fruity 7 game. My bet spontaneously began changing from 0.25 to 125 and 150 during "Auto" mode (please see "screenshot 1" in attach. Note: the 4th column is a that spontaneously bets"). Unfortunately, I noticed that not immediately.

I sent a many emails about that issue and asked to investigate, but no any result till today. Just ignored!


There is a my first mail (Thu, May 7 at 3:03 PM):

It's easy to explain why I'm saying I did not make these bets.

I'm not a high-bets gambler. I have made a deposit 100 EUR usually and bet about 0.20-0.50 EUR during the different casino games.

You can check any session on my any game history.

But during my game session on "Fruity 7" (05-05-2020 at 21:12, approximately) something incredible happened.

I did not bet 1.2 EUR, 75 EUR and 125 EUR.

It's absolutely illogical to bet 75 EUR if I have 97.34 EUR, and to bet 150 EUR if I have 172.34 EUR...(please find attachment)

Sometimes I had balance 172.34 EUR, 159.59 EUR, 160.29 EUR during that game session. But it's not my real balance, I think. It should have been about 97 EUR I suppose.

Please investigate that issue.

On 31st May I submitted my withdrawal for 21000 Nok (2100 euro) with fruity casa casino. I never recieved any e-mail asking me to verify my account so on 3rd June I talked to online support to enquire about my withdrawal it was then that they said I had to verify my account. I sent all my documents in straight away on 3rdJune.

Today 8th June I still had not recieved any communication from this casino so again I had to go into live support and upon this I saw that they had sat my withdrawal back into my account. The reason I was given for this was that the withdrawal had been requested for too long so therefore they had sat my money back, but first they tried to say that I had cancelled my withdrawal so basically the agent I talked to lied to me.

The agent was not polite or helpfull at all. I made my withdrawal request again today and was told that I have to go through the 72 hours waiting process again. This is a joke I have waited since 31st May so I believe I have been very patient and have waited long enough.

So I am wondering aren't they breaking their terms and conditions?

i had requested a withdraw on 30 october for 9000 euro from fruitycasa, after continuous follow up on email and chat they reversed the withdraw on 7th november without any intimation and they are still not giving any reason as to why they are not processing my withdraw and continuously saying that its under review, due to this issue i lost almost 400 euro due to betting with them (the money which i had requested for withdraw).
I have requested a new withdraw and request you to please assist in getting the payment.

Hello, I got some freespins at Fruitycasa and won a little amount. At the 13th December I withdrawed with Bank as there was no Neteller available. It said two days reversible. At the 17th I asked for my withdrawal status and got this answer: “We have reviewed your account and find that the method available on the account is disallowed for cash outs. Please cancel the cash out on your end and make a minimum deposit (without selecting a bonus) then request the cash out to the new method - you may peruse the available methods available to you within your region eg ewallet or Skrill or Neteller.” So I was pressed to deposit. I deposited with Neteller, played the money once through and withdrawed with Neteller. At the 20th I asked and got from the support that I MUST reverse it because of any Neteller delay and withdraw again. I did it. The 27th I logged again into my account and it was still not done. Instead of processing the withdrawal they reversed it to my casino account and I asked why they did this but I not got any informative answer. I withdrawed again and still nothing happened. I never got any verifcation mail but all the support emails reached me so it can not be my email adress. It would be nice if you can help me please.

On June 16th 2017, I requested a withdrawal for £1400.20. On the same day I was asked to sent documentation, which I did. June 17th they closed my account saying I was abusing their promotions and they will be sending me my £1400.20 once my documents were verified. On June 18th, they asked for a new verification document because it was too old. I then waited for a recent utility bill. On July 5th - I sent the new document, they then tried to process the withdrawal to my credit card however it did not work. Only July 6th they asked for a bank statement showing IBAN and SWIFT/BIC Code + name and address + bank logo. i.e. full bank statement showing all 4 corners. I sent everything on the same day. (Received confirmation from support that they received it) Now again I asked them on the 10th/11th/12th of July, what is going on with my withdrawal ? Their response was they have not received my bank statement. :P So I have sent it to them again (July 12th). Hi there, firstly thank you for allowing me the opportunity to present a complaint. On 25th May I sent a very clear instruction to Fruity Casa to close my account ( this followed some heavy losses on my part the night before ). I received an acknowledgement and sent yet another very clear instruction to permanently close my account on 26th May. Despite this I then received an unsolicited email from Fruity Casa on 30th June telling me that they value my presence and urging me to to quick to take advantage of 2 bonuses. Regrettably I was able to log in and I lost a deposit of euro 310. I believe that Fruity Casa has violated a code of practice here by contacting me after 2 very clear instructions for permanent closure of my account. I request full refund of my deposit of euro 310. I opened an account with this casino I made a few deposits I played through the bonus requirements and I won some money I was really cruft id won that much so I withdrew the money which was £3275 I sent all the documents they asked for and I got an email back saying they had received my documents and they would pay me as quickly as possible that was at 1.20 in the morning I woke up to an email saying ur account is now closed as requested. So I went on live chat to see what was going on to be told I had sent them an email to close my account which I havnt sent. All they can say is it's from an email address with my email attached to it. I can honestly say I havnt sent that email they tell me that it was sent at 11.48. What I don't understand is I was on the site at that time playing so why would I sent that email to them. I've been on live chat a couple of times to try and sort this but all they keep saying is they are looking into it. They are refusing to reopen my account and refusing to pay me my winnings.
