Problem with delayed withdrawal
On 31st May I submitted my withdrawal for 21000 Nok (2100 euro) with fruity casa casino. I never recieved any e-mail asking me to verify my account so on 3rd June I talked to online support to enquire about my withdrawal it was then that they said I had to verify my account. I sent all my documents in straight away on 3rdJune.
Today 8th June I still had not recieved any communication from this casino so again I had to go into live support and upon this I saw that they had sat my withdrawal back into my account. The reason I was given for this was that the withdrawal had been requested for too long so therefore they had sat my money back, but first they tried to say that I had cancelled my withdrawal so basically the agent I talked to lied to me.
The agent was not polite or helpfull at all. I made my withdrawal request again today and was told that I have to go through the 72 hours waiting process again. This is a joke I have waited since 31st May so I believe I have been very patient and have waited long enough.
So I am wondering aren't they breaking their terms and conditions?
