FEZbet Casino - Keep cancelling withdrawal

Hi,


I deposited €250 into my Fezbet account on February 5th, 2025 and placed a sportsbet for the full amount deposited. The bet won and my account was credited with €475. I withdrew the full €475 on February 5th, 2025 to my bank card that I used to make my deposit.


On February 9th, 2025 this withdrawal was cancelled by Fezbet. After contacting the online chat I was asked to process the withdrawal again and it will be successfully received into my bank card that I deposited from. On February 9th, I withdrew the full €475 again as instructed.


Again it was cancelled on February 13th, 2025. After contacting Fezbet online chat, I was advised it was cancelled due to an update from the service providers side. I asked the online chat if they could elaborate on the supposed update on the service provider side so I could try resolve with my bank. The online chat advised only the Fezbet Finance team would know this and the online chat wouldn't be privy to such information? I asked if they could ask the Finance team to email me an explanation of the issue to my registered email. The online rep said they wouldn't be able to do that? Due to the lack of clarity I decided to end the chat and contact my bank directly. My bank advised that Fezbet keep trying to send US dollars to my account which my bank are declining. My bank said Fezbet need to pay in Euro as this was the currency used to make my deposit on Fezbet. I reached back out to Fezbet online chat to advise that my bank confirmed the Fezbet Finance team have been paying in US dollars and need to processmy withdrawal in Euro and send €475 in order for my bank to successfully apply to my account. The online chat advised this is updated on my withdrawal now and to try withdraw again. So, on February 13th, 2025 I tried withdraw €475 again to my bank account.


Low and behold on Febraury 17th, 2025 the withdrawal has again been cancelled by Fezbet. I reached out yet again to the online chat and now they have instructed me to clear my cache and cookies, login to Fezbet via Google Chrome and process my withdrawal again with a new incognito window? The online chat said I'll only know in 3 business days if this is the issue and the withdrawal is successful. I'm lost for words at this point and extremely frustrated by the lack of clarity from Fezbet to resolve this once and for all so I can get my €475 successfully processed back to my bank account.

Many languages. Lot of games. Multiple deposit options. But in general, this is something what is possible on almost all sites. So not such a big adventage.

Support is almost not available. Chat support can not do anything besides copy-pasting standard template answers. Providing answers via email is REALLY slow. You have a lot of useless bonuses, when you have to spin the amount 40(!!!!!) times to achieve the real money. If you have a little more complex issue, it is hardly possible to get any answer... But of course, you will receive text messages-emails on a daily basis about the non-sense bonuses. I do not recommend to play here

This is a great casino with a wide variety of games, excellent user experience, top providers, and great odds. I received a nice bonus and played sports and jackpots. However, at lower levels, the daily withdrawal limit is €500.

Huge game selection, the site runs very smoothly and the withdrawal time wasn't delayed or anything like some other casinos. Customer support was responsive when I had questions and helped when I had an error in receiving a bonus.

The wagering requirements on bonuses felt a bit high, making it harder to cash out winnings. I wish there were more personalized promotions instead of just generic offers.

* Low withdrawal limits, I'm VIP level 3 (which it takes ages to get to) and I can only withdraw 800 EUR pr day. lower levels can only withdraw 500 EUR pr day.
* VERY slow KYC process. It has taken 10 days to verify my documents now. it took 5 business days before I got an answer that they will verify them within 3 business days.
* Slow withdrawals, it takes 3 business days after KYC verification
* The live chat is hard to read. Yellow background with white text on. it's also buggy and does not auto-scroll to the agents' answer

As I already mentioned my withdrawal was paid without any issues, but after that my account was blocked. I asked on live chat what is a reason but an answer was that it was decision of the management and can't be discuss further.
