Very slow withdrawal process again

I have been promised I will receive the withdrawn amount within 3 working days, but it has not happened again!

I have been waiting for one part of the withdrawal for more than 3 working days. In total, 85000 HUF is pending.

Chat support is not providing any support, obviously, they are mentioning only that everything is all right... Yes, sure...

Please help me solve the case LATEST BY MONDAY, 27.04!

Thank you for the screenshots. We would like to clarify the situation to clear up any misunderstanding.

The status you see occurs when a withdrawal is processed from our side and handed over to the financial provider. At this stage, the transaction is no longer in our pending queue, which is why it was not visible during our initial check.

Unfortunately, these third-party providers can sometimes decline a transaction during the final processing stage. We have confirmed that your withdrawal was indeed rejected by the provider, and the funds have been returned to your gaming balance.

Please understand that these external rejections are beyond our direct control. For a more reliable experience, we recommend using the Manual Bank Transfer method (bank icon in the cashier), as it is less prone to such issues.

Sorry but this level of customer support is unbelievable. I tend to think you are doing this on purpose.

@ASKGAMBLERS, I need your support, as FEZBET seems to be ignoring me! I hope other users will see this complaint too, so that they will set their expectations with this casino accordingly.
