Not processing my payment for 6 days

Got bonusmoney after a deposit, which was successfully wagered and ended up as 400 euros in cash. Withdrawal made 6 days ago, during which time i contacted fezbet multiple times by the delay (site promises 3 day withdrawal). Asked if everything is fine with the withdrawal/wagering, and always got told all is good, sorry for the delay. Nothing has still changed, and my withdrawal is hanging. I even got told i would been put in "priority processing", which has made no difference.

After letting fezbet know via email about my complaint, they processed the withdrawal instantly. Payment was 396,80 euros instead of 400e, which they blamed my bank (this has not been an issue on any other sites), but I'm honestly too tired with this case to argue anymore, so im good with closing this.
