Withdrawal delayed for no apparent reason

I was promised I would receive my withdrawal within 3 working days, but it has already passed that time frame. This is already the 5th working day, chat support always gives the same replies, such as "we've forwarded it to the finance department."

My USDT-BEP20 withdrawal is still under review.

Crypto transactions are almost instant, so I don't know why it's taking so long.

When I click the verification tab, it says "at the moment your account does not require verification," and I have not been asked to do so by the support team either.

It is 7680INR.

Please solve it ASAP!
